شركة هنقرستيشن، إحدى شركات مجموعة Delivery Hero الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التوصيل، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Account Manager في مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لجميع شؤون إدارة حسابات العملاء.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- التفاوض على العقود وإغلاق الاتفاقيات لتعظيم الأرباح.
- تطوير علاقات استشارية موثوقة مع الحسابات الرئيسية وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات الداعمة.
- ضمان تسليم حلولنا في الوقت المناسب وبنجاح وفقاً لاحتياجات العملاء وأهدافهم.
- التواصل بوضوح حول تقدم المبادرات الشهرية / الربعية مع الأطراف المعنية الداخلية والخارجية.
- تطوير أعمال جديدة مع العملاء الحاليين و/أو تحديد مجالات التحسين لتحقيق حصص المبيعات.
- التنبؤ وتتبع المقاييس الرئيسية للحسابات (مثل نتائج المبيعات الربعية والتوقعات السنوية).
- إعداد تقارير حول حالة الحسابات.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتحديد الفرص وتنميتها داخل المنطقة.
- المساعدة في طلبات العملاء الصعبة أو تصعيد المشكلات حسب الحاجة.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة لضمان سير العمل اليومي بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات والكفاءة والإنتاجية.
- تعزيز تنفيذ والالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والتعليمات بين الموظفين الآخرين في المؤسسة.
- متابعة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تخص مجال العمل لتلبية المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير.
- ضمان رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال تلبية احتياجاتهم بلباقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة إلى سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مطلوب).
- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1- 2 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
