تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن حاجتها إلى مهندس إطفاء وصحيات (Fire Fighting & Plumbing Engineer) للعمل في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتولى الوظيفة مسؤولية مراجعة التصاميم والإشراف والتفتيش والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي وتسليم أنظمة الحماية من الحريق والصحيات عبر مجموعة واسعة من مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية، بما يضمن تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفق مواصفات المشروع والمخططات المعتمدة ولوائح الجهات المحلية والمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة. وسيوفر المرشح الناجح الخبرة الفنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع، ويتولى التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تسليم أنظمة ميكانيكية عالية الجودة ومطابقة، تشمل شبكات الإطفاء ومضخات الحريق وأنظمة الرش وأنظمة الخراطيم وشبكات المياه وأنظمة الصرف وأنظمة معالجة الصرف الصحي والبنية التحتية للصحيات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة تصاميم أنظمة الإطفاء والصحيات وحساباتها ومواصفاتها ورسوماتها للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المعمول بها.
- التنسيق مع المعماريين والمهندسين الإنشائيين ومهندسي MEP وجهات المرافق لضمان تكامل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- مراجعة رسومات التنفيذ (Shop Drawings) والتقديمات الفنية واعتمادات المواد وإجراءات العمل (Method Statements).
- تحديد التعارضات في التصميم وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.
- دعم مبادرات القيمة الهندسية (Value Engineering) وجهود تحسين التصميم.
- الإشراف على أعمال التركيب المتعلقة بأنظمة الإطفاء والصحيات والتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- متابعة أداء المقاول وتقدم أعمال الإنشاء.
- التحقق من تركيب المواد وجودة التنفيذ.
- إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية وإعداد تقارير التفتيش وتقارير عدم المطابقة (Non-Conformance Reports) عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن أعمال الإنشاء تلبي معايير جودة المشروع ومتطلبات الجدول الزمني.
- الإشراف على الاختبارات وأعمال التشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning) لأنظمة الإطفاء والصحيات، ومراجعة إجراءاتها وتقارير الاختبار ووثائق أداء الأنظمة.
- التحقق من عمل مضخات الإطفاء وأنظمة الرش وأنظمة الخراطيم وشبكات المياه وأنظمة الصرف والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
- التأكد من تشغيل الأنظمة وفق متطلبات المشروع ولوائح الجهات الرسمية.
- دعم أعمال التسليم وإغلاق المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين والموردين والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية ومراجعات التقدم وورش التنسيق.
- الرد على طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الفنية في الموقع.
- تقديم التوصيات الهندسية والدعم الفني أثناء تنفيذ المشروع، ومساعدة فرق إدارة المشروع في حل المشكلات الفنية والإنشائية.
- مراجعة وتحديث وثائق المشروع، including سجلات التفتيش والتقارير الفنية ومخططات As-Built وسجلات الاختبار.
- ضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الجهات المحلية والموافقات التنظيمية، ومتابعة تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها.
- دعم تفتيش الجهات الرسمية وإجراءات الاعتماد.
- المساعدة في إعداد وثائق التسليم النهائية.
- تعزيز الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في المشروع، ومراقبة ممارسات التركيب والاختبار الآمنة في الموقع.
- الالتزام بأنظمة إدارة الجودة وإجراءات المشروع، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
- الحفاظ على معايير AtkinsRéalis للسلامة والجودة والتميز الفني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الخدمات للمباني (Building Services Engineering) أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الحماية من الحريق (Fire Protection Engineering) أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في هندسة الإطفاء والصحيات ضمن شركات الاستشارات الهندسية أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو المقاولين أو المطورين.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف والتفتيش ومراجعة التصميم والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي لأنظمة الإطفاء والصحيات في المشاريع التجارية أو السكنية أو الصحية أو الضيافة أو النقل أو الصناعية أو المختلطة الاستخدام.
- خبرة قوية في تنفيذ المشاريع في الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل في السعودية أو الإمارات أو قطر أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الأخرى.
- خبرة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق أو المباني الشاهقة أو المطارات أو المستشفيات أو مشاريع البنية التحتية (مرغوبة بشدة).
- سجل مثبت في تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة التواصل مع المقاولين.

Overview
The Fire Fighting & Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for the design review, site supervision, inspection, testing, commissioning, and delivery of fire protection and plumbing systems across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all Fire Fighting and Plumbing works are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, local authority regulations, international standards, and health and safety requirements. Your role
Design Review & Technical Coordination
- Review Fire Fighting and Plumbing designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings for compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and utility providers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
- Identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Support value engineering initiatives and design optimization efforts.
- Inspect installation works related to fire protection and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance and construction progress.
- Verify material installations and workmanship quality.
- Conduct routine site inspections and prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports where required.
- Ensure construction activities meet project quality standards and schedule requirements.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities for fire fighting and plumbing systems.
- Review commissioning procedures, test reports, and system performance documentation.
- Verify functionality of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, water supply systems, drainage systems, and related equipment.
- Ensure systems are commissioned in accordance with project requirements and authority regulations.
- Support handover and project closeout activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in technical meetings, progress reviews, and coordination workshops.
- Respond to RFIs and site technical queries.
- Provide engineering recommendations and technical support during project execution.
- Assist project management teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
- Review and maintain project documentation including inspection records, technical reports, as-built drawings, and testing records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and regulatory approvals.
- Monitor implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Support authority inspections and approval processes.
- Assist in preparation of final handover documentation.
- Promote and enforce compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Monitor safe installation and testing practices on site.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and project procedures.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Fire Fighting and Plumbing engineering within engineering consultancy, PMC, contractor, or developer organizations.
- Proven experience in the supervision, inspection, design review, testing, and commissioning of Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience delivering projects within the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, or other GCC markets.
- Experience working on large-scale developments, high-rise buildings, airports, hospitals, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contractor interfaces.
