نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث الشركة عن مهندس موقع ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة في الرياض. يشغل المرشح المناسب منصباً يتولى فيه الإشراف على أعمال الموقع ومتابعتها، والتأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة الإنشائية اليومية في الموقع ومتابعتها لمشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية للطرق السريعة.
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع.
- متابعة أعمال الطرق، including أعمال الحفر والتسوية والردم والأسس تحت الرصف والطبقة الأساسية والرصف الأسفلتي.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان سير تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
- مراجعة المخططات الإنشائية وطرق التنفيذ والمواد المقدمة للاعتماد والوثائق الفنية.
- متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع والتأكد من إنجاز الأنشطة وفق الجدول الزمني المعتمد للمشروع.
- إجراء الزيارات التفتيشية المنتظمة للموقع والتأكد من الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تحديد مشكلات الموقع والتحديات الفنية والتعارضات الإنشائية، والتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية لمعالجتها في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة وتحقق من تقدم أعمال المقاول، والتأكد من التزامها بالمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية للموقع وتحديثات التقدم وطلبات التفتيش وغيرها من الوثائق ذات الصلة بالمشروع.
- التنسيق مع فريقي إدارة المشروع والفريق الهندسي لضمان التواصل الفعال والتسليم في مواعيد المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 12 سنة في الهندسة المدنية ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
- الخبرة السابقة في العمل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية شرط إلزامي.
- خبرة قوية في إنشاء الطرق والطرق السريعة ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة في أعمال إنشاء الطرق، including أعمال الحفر والرصف والأسفلت والصرف والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- الخبرة السابقة مع شركات الاستشارات الهندسية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى مفضلة.
- الخبرة في العمل مع شركات الاستشارات الهندسية أو مقاولي البنية التحتية ذوي السمعة الجيدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير الإنشاء والمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات الجودة وإجراءات الإشراف على الموقع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على إدارة أنشطة متعددة في الموقع والتنسيق الفعال مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for roads and highway infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor roadworks activities, including earthworks, grading, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, sub-base, road base, and asphalt paving.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the approved project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Identify site issues, technical challenges, and construction discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Review and verify contractor work progress, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and other relevant project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 12+ years of overall professional experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Roads & Highways construction and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in road construction activities, including earthworks, pavement works, asphalt, drainage, and associated infrastructure.
- Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms or major infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, and site supervision procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with strong Roads & Highways project experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working with reputed engineering consultants or infrastructure contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction practices and relevant local standards.
