Role Description The Marketing Assistant role at Hola is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Marketing Assistant supports daily marketing operations, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media activities, preparing promotional materials, and tracking performance metrics. This role involves conducting basic market research, helping maintain customer databases, and supporting sales and customer service initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in organizing events or in-store promotions, and ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to perform Market Research and analyze basic data to support marketing decisions.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Foundational Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media platforms); familiarity with design or CRM tools is a plus.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Riyadh and collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team.
