تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير الرقابة المالية (Ramp Up) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن فريقها الساعي إلى تطوير ثقافة ترفيهية عالمية المستوى في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتولى هذه الوظيفة الإشراف على تطوير وتطبيق أنظمة رقابة مالية شاملة تضمن الدقة والامتثال والكفاءة في جميع العمليات المالية، وتركز على إرساء ضوابط مالية متينة خلال مرحلة الانطلاق (Ramp Up) للمشاريع الطموحة للشركة، بما يضمن توافق الممارسات المالية مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتطبيق أطر وسياسات الرقابة المالية لدعم انطلاق العمليات، وضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المعمول بها.
- إجراء مراجعات مالية شاملة للتحقق من دقة واكتمال المعلومات المالية خلال فترة الانطلاق.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي وتحديد الحالات الشاذة، وتقديم الرؤى للإدارة العليا لدعم إدارة المخاطر وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتبسيط العمليات المالية وتعزيز الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق المالي وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بفاعلية.
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد لموظفي الشؤون المالية حول إجراءات الرقابة المالية ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- التقييم المستمر لأنظمة الرقابة المالية وتطويرها لمواكبة التغيرات التنظيمية وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة، ويُفضل الحصول على الماجستير أو MBA.
- يُرغب بشدة في الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 إلى 10 سنوات في الرقابة المالية أو المحاسبة أو التدقيق، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن المشاريع واسعة النطاق أو قطاع الترفيه.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة المالية ومتطلبات الامتثال.

As the Manager of Financial Control, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial control frameworks and policies to support the ramp-up of operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Conduct thorough financial reviews to validate accuracy and completeness of financial information during the ramp-up period
- Monitor financial performance and identify anomalies, providing insights to senior management for risk management and operational improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enforce compliance with internal controls
- Lead financial audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Provide training and guidance to finance staff on financial control processes and compliance requirements
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial control systems to adapt to organizational changes and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's or MBA is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or auditing, preferably within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
