تعلن سوفيتل (Sofitel) التابعة لمجموعة Accor عن وظيفة أخصائي علاج سبا (Spa Therapist) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم جلسات تدليك احترافية وعلاجات للبشرة والجسم.
  • تقييم احتياجات العملاء وترشيح العلاجات المناسبة لهم.
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وضمان رضا النزلاء.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتعقيم غرف العلاج والأجهزة والمعدات.
  • تجهيز غرف العلاج قبل كل جلسة وبعدها.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في السبا.
  • ترشيح منتجات السبا وعلاجات إضافية عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على سرية بيانات العملاء والاحترافية في التعامل.
  • توفير بيئة مريحة ومرحبة لجميع النزلاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة معتمدة في علاج السبا أو العلاج بالتدليك أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في السبا أو مراكز العافية أو الفنادق.
  • القدرة على العمل بدوام مرن يشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات الرسمية.
  • هذه الوظيفة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.

  • المعرفة بتقنيات التدليك وعلاجات البشرة والجسم.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة ومهارات خدمة عملاء قوية.
  • المعرفة بمعايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة.
  • القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتلبيتها.
  • المظهر المهني والاتجاه الإيجابي.
  • مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين والعمل ضمن فريق.

Job Description

  • Perform professional massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
  • Follow spa health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Recommend spa products and additional treatments when appropriate.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel is preferred.
  • Knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to understand and meet clients' needs.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
