تعلن مجموعة Accor عن وظيفة Safety Agent في فندق Sofitel بمنطقة مكة المكرمة. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مراقبة سلامة مرافق الفندق والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والأمن المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة مرافق الفندق والتأكد من الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والأمن المعتمدة.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لمناطق الضيوف والمناطق الخلفية والمعدات والمرافق لتحديد مخاطر السلامة المحتملة.
- الإبلاغ عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث والمخاطر المحتملة ومتابعتها.
- الاستجابة السريعة لحالات الطوارئ والحوادث وإنذارات الحريق والمواقف الأخرى المتعلقة بالسلامة.
- المساعدة في تطبيق إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ والإخلاء والمحافظة عليها.
- التأكد من أن معدات السلامة من الحريق ومخارج الطوارئ وأجهزة الإنذار ولافتات السلامة متاحة وتعمل بشكل سليم.
- دعم تنفيذ تمارين الإخلاء من الحريق والتدريبات الطارئة وتدريبات السلامة الدورية للموظفين.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات وتقارير دقيقة تتعلق بالحوادث والفحوصات وملاحظات السلامة.
- التنسيق مع قسم الهندسة والأمن والتدبير المنزلي والأغذية والمشروبات والأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة مخاوف السلامة.
- نشر الوعي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بين الموظفين.
- التأكد من أن الموظفين يتبعون إجراءات السلامة الصحيحة ويستخدمون معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في التحقيق في الحوادث وتقديم توصيات لمنع تكرارها.
- دعم الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالسلامة يكلفه بها مدير السلامة أو الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في دور تشغيلي متعلق بالسلامة أو الأمن أو الضيافة أو ما شابه، والخبرة ميزة إضافية.
- شهادة سلامة ذات صلة ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.
- إجادة التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية، ولغات أخرى ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمبادئ الصحة والسلامة المهنية وإجراءات الطوارئ.
- معرفة أساسية بالسلامة من الحريق والإسعافات الأولية وتقييم المخاطر.
- مهارات ملاحظة جيدة وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وعلاقات شخصية جيدة.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة أثناء حالات الطوارئ.

Job Description
- Monitor the hotel premises and ensure compliance with established safety and security procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house areas, equipment, and facilities to identify potential safety hazards.
- Report and follow up on unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, and potential risks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and other safety-related situations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure that fire safety equipment, emergency exits, alarms, and safety signage are accessible and in proper working condition.
- Support regular fire drills, emergency exercises, and safety training for employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to incidents, inspections, and safety observations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to address safety concerns.
- Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards among employees.
- Ensure that employees follow proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Support compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by the Safety Manager or management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant safety certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a safety, security, hospitality, or related operational role.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and emergency procedures.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and risk assessment.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make appropriate decisions during emergencies.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
