نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة دوام كامل في موقع العمل بمدينة الرياض. يقوم الفني بتركيب أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) وفحصها وصيانتها وإصلاحها في المباني السكنية والتجارية. تركز الشركة على تقديم خدمات وحلول عالية الجودة مع التأكيد على الموثوقية والسلامة ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص مشكلات الأنظمة وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية الدورية
- فحص الوصلات الكهربائية
- التعامل السليم مع غاز التبريد (refrigerant) والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
- العمل على وصلات السباكة المرتبطة بأنظمة HVAC
- الاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة
- توثيق جميع الأعمال المنفذة
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والتواصل بوضوح مع العملاء

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم فني أو شهادة معتمدة في مجال HVAC أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية (مفضلة)
- القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات الفنية والمخططات الهندسية وإرشادات السلامة وتفسيرها
- الخبرة السابقة كفني HVAC أو في دور مشابه في خدمات المباني ميزة إضافية
- الإلمام بالمهارات الحاسوبية الأساسية لاستخدام أدوات التشخيص وتقارير الخدمة وأنظمة أوامر العمل
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأعطال وحلها بكفاءة
- مهارات السباكة لتركيب وصيانة الأنابيب ووصلات الصرف وما يرتبط بأنظمة HVAC
- مهارات الصيانة الوقائية لإجراء الفحوصات والتنظيف والضبط المجدول لمعدات التدفئة والتكييف
- معرفة متعلقة بـ EPA والشهادات المطلوبة للتعامل مع غازات التبريد والامتثال البيئي
- مهارات كهربائية تشمل فهم التمديدات وأنظمة التحكم والسلامة الكهربائية في أنظمة HVAC

The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine preventive maintenance, checking electrical connections, and ensuring proper refrigerant handling and compliance with safety standards. The role involves working with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems, responding to service requests, and documenting all work performed. The technician will collaborate with other team members, communicate clearly with clients, and follow company procedures and local regulations to ensure efficient and safe operation of all systems.
