شركة مترو العاصمة (كامكو) تعلن عن وظيفة فني أنظمة COM & SCADA في مدينة الرياض. تُعد الشركة مشروعاً مشتركاً سعودياً فرنسياً بين RATP Dev وSAPTCO، وتتولى تشغيل وصيانة الخطين الأزرق والأحمر لمترو الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتطلب الوظيفة تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات COM & SCADA وفق اللوائح والممارسات الصناعية المعتمدة والمعايير الدولية، إضافة إلى تحليل الأعطال في هذه المعدات واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية بالتعاون مع مشرف الوردية ومزودي الخدمة الخارجيين، مع فحص الأنظمة والمعدات وتحليلها واستكشاف أعطالها وإصلاحها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للأنظمة التابعة لقسم الصيانة، وإصلاحها وفق تعليمات الرؤساء المباشرين.
- قراءة أدلة الإصلاح وتطبيق منهجيات العمل الآمنة.
- تنفيذ المهام وفق جداول العمل وخطط التفتيش الدورية (اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية).
- تجهيز الأدوات والمواد اللازمة لأنشطة الصيانة.
- إعداد توثيق الأعطال ورفعها إلى الرؤساء عبر نظام CMMS.
- متابعة أنشطة التشغيل التجريبي والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي لمعدات COM & SCADA، والإبلاغ عن العيوب والانقطاعات المتكررة إلى مشرف الوردية أو المهندس المختص.
- مراقبة وصيانة واجهات وتكامل أنظمة COM & SCADA مع التخصصات الأخرى.
- تشغيل الأدوات الخاصة وأجهزة القياس اللازمة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة والإصلاح.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة التي تتطلب العمل على ارتفاعات، وعلى الخطوط والمحطات وأماكن الصيانة (Depots).
- ضمان اتباع بروتوكولات الاتصال الحرجة للسلامة، واتباع قواعد السلامة والأنظمة والإجراءات المطلوبة.
- أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يكلفه بها الرؤساء، بما في ذلك ما لم يرد ذكره أعلاه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تأهيل مهني في تخصص الإلكترونيات / أنظمة الاتصالات.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال صيانة أصول أنظمة COM & SCADA، ويُفضّل أن تكون في مؤسسات السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو صناعات ذات صلة.
- يُمنح المواطنون السعوديون المؤهلون الأولوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متينة بأنظمة COM & SCADA في السكك الحديدية والمترو، والمعرفة بالتركيب والصيانة والاتجاهات الدولية الحديثة ميزة إضافية.
- فهم جيد لمعدات COM & SCADA المرتبطة بصناعة المترو، وفحص المعدات وصيانتها، وشبكة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M)، ومركز التحكم التشغيلي (OCC)، ومركز التحكم الفني (TCC) وغيرها.
- قدرات فكرية، وإبداع وتطلع للتطوير.
- دافعية عالية والمرونة في العمل ضمن بيئة حساسة للوقت، والاستجابة السريعة والفعالة للأحمال المفاجئة العالية والأحداث والطوارئ.
- القدرة على قراءة الأدلة الفنية والمخططات الكهربائية.
- الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلباتها.
- القدرة على التواصل والقراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة تشمل أدوات MS Office.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة البيانات المحوسبة وكفاءة جيدة في استخدام الأدوات والبرامج المختلفة ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات مثبتة في استخدام المعدات الفنية.

Main Purpose
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of COM & SCADA equipment in accordance with all relevant regulations, good industry practices and international benchmark.
Analyse disruptions in COM & SCADA equipment and accordingly execute preventive measures in collaboration with Shift Supervisor and external service providers. Inspect, analyse, and troubleshoot systems and equipment.
Qualifications
Has a vocational training in Electronics/Communications Systemsminimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of maintenance for System COM & SCADA Assets preferably in railway / metro organisation or other relevant industry. Preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.
Knowledge And Skills
Experience of working in large scale projects ideally within Operations and Maintenance is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance including repairing of the systems covered by the maintenance section in accordance with the instructions given by the superior personnel. Reading repair manuals and implementing safe work methodologies.
- Conduct tasks according to work schedules and periodic (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly) inspection plans.
- Preparation of tools and materials required for maintenance activities.
- Preparation of failure documentation and submitting them to superiors through CMMS.
- Monitoring commissioning, testing and trial operation activities of COM & SCADA equipment, reporting of recurring defects & disruptions to concerned Shift Supervisor / Engineer.
- Monitor and Maintain COM & SCADA interface and integration with other disciplines.
- Operation of special tools and measuring devices required to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Performing maintenance activities requiring work at height, on track, stations, and depots. Ensuring safety critical communication protocols are followed. Required safety rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
- Other related tasks assigned from superiors (Including those not stated above).

- Highly motivated and flexibility to work in a time sensitive environment to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events, and emergencies.
- Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
- Comply with quality standards and requirements.
- Ability to communicate and read / write in English.
- Good computer skills including MS Office Tools.
- Knowledge of computerised data management systems and good aptitude in using various tools and programs is an added value.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of technical equipment.
Experience of working in large scale projects ideally within Operations and Maintenance is an added advantage.
