تعلن شركة PepsiCo العالمية في قطاع المشروبات والأطعمة عن وظيفة فني جودة (Quality Technician) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم تطبيق نظام إدارة QFS (MS) في المصنع لضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات، من خلال المراقبة المستمرة والفحص والاختبار للتحقق من مواصفات المنتجات والالتزام بإجراءات QFS، والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية عند الحاجة، مع دعم بناء الكفاءات اللازمة لجميع المعنيين لضمان الفهم السليم لمتطلبات النظام وتطبيقها بما يحقق أهداف QFS.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق سياسة QFS وتحمل جميع المسؤوليات المسندة إليه في نظام إدارة QFS
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش على جودة المنتجات مقارنةً بالمواصفات وفق ورقة التفتيش، وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة
- متابعة الالتزام بمتطلبات سلامة الغذاء وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMPs) والنظافة العامة
- إجراء ملاحظات السلامة السلوكية حسب ما يكلفه به مدير QFS في المصنع
- رصد أي انحرافات وإبلاغ الأطراف المعنية، والتأكد من اتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي المناسب فوراً، بما في ذلك حجز المنتجات غير المطابقة وإطلاقها وفق إجراء الحجز والإفراج
- التحقق من صحة الإجراءات المتخذة وفاعليتها في تحقيق التحسينات المطلوبة
- دعم برنامج التدريب على QFS حسب ما يكلفه به مدير QFS في المصنع
- إجراء التحقق من النظافة والصنع الحيوي (Bio-trace) وفق متطلبات إجراء الصحة والنظافة
- تقديم الاستشارات والإرشاد والتدريب في مجال QFS لفريق المصنع، وتحديد فجوات الكفاءة المشتركة لمعالجتها في برامج التدريب ذات الصلة
- دعم تطوير نظام إدارة QFS والتحسين المستمر من خلال المشاركة الفاعلة حسب ما يكلفه به مدير QFS في المصنع
- تقدير السلوكيات والممارسات الإيجابية وتبنيها
- ضمان معايرة جميع أجهزة التحكم في QFS (أجهزة الكشف عن المعادن، وأجهزة الوزن الأولية والثانوية وأجهزة فحص الوزن، وأجهزة فحص الأختام، والموازين، وغيرها)
- أي مهام أو مسؤوليات أخرى يكلفه بها المدير المباشر بما يتماشى مع الغرض الرئيسي للوظيفة ويدعمه
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى للمؤهل: دبلوم في الكيمياء أو مراقبة الجودة أو سلامة الغذاء (العلوم الطبيعية)
- يشمل ذلك حديثي التخرج
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة ممتازة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وإتقان استخدام الحاسب الآلي
- القدرة على العمل باستقلالية ومبادرة عالية مع فهم قوي لمتطلبات العمل
- مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة، والقدرة على التأثير في سلوكيات الآخرين داخل المؤسسة وخارجها دون علاقة إشراف مباشرة
- حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي القوي (تحليل السبب الجذري، ووضع خطط العمل وغيرها)

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Put the QFS Policy into implementation and assume all responsibilities assigned in the QFS MS
- Conduct inspections on the products quality versus specifications as per the inspection sheet and prepare related reports
- Monitor the adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene requirements
- Conduct behavioral safety observations as assigned by plant QFS Manager
- Note any deviations and communicate to the stakeholders and ensure proper course of action is immediately taking place including hold and release of any nonconforming product according to the Hold and release procedure
- Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness in delivering required improvements
- Support the QFS training program as assigned by the plant QFS Manager
- Conduct Sanitation verification and Bio-trace as per sanitation procedure requirements
- Provide QFS advice/guidance/coaching to the plant team and identify common competency gaps to be addressed in the relevant training programs
- Support the QFS MS development and continuous improvements through active participation as assigned by the plant QFS Manager
- Recognize and embrace positive behaviours and practices.
- Ensuring calibrations of all QFS control equipment (metal detectors, primary and secondary weighers and check weighers, seal checkers, balances…etc.)
- Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that is in line and supports the job main purpose.
Qualifications: Key Skills/Experience Required
- Minimum qualification is Diploma in chemistry, quality control or food safety (natural sciences) and fresh graduates.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages and literacy in computer usage.
- Self-starter able to work independently with a high degree of business savvy.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills and the ability to engage with and influence the behaviors of others internally and externally without direct reporting relationship
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking (root-cause analysis, setting action plans…etc.)
