تعلن شركة نهدي الطبية عن وظيفة استشاري أمراض جلدية (رقم الوظيفة 207546) في السعودية، للعمل في قسم الأمراض الجلدية بالشركة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يعمل الاستشاري في قسم الأمراض الجلدية على تشخيص الإصابات والأمراض وعلاجها. يتولى فحص المرضى وأخذ التاريخ المرضي وصرف الأدوية، كما يطلب الفحوصات التشخيصية ويجريها ويفسر نتائجها. ويقدم الاستشارة للمرضى حول النظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الوقائية عند ارتباطها بحالاتهم. الوظيفة داخلية بنسبة 100%، وأيام العمل 6 أيام مع يوم راحة واحد، وساعات العمل 8 ساعات صافية وفق جدول المناوبات المعتمد من رئيس القسم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
  • تصميم خطة الرعاية للمريض وتنفيذها.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
  • طلب نتائج فحوصات المرضى ومراجعتها.
  • صرف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بالسجلات الطبية للمرضى.
  • تنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب ما يُكلَّف به.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات عيادات نهدي الطبية (NCC) وأنظمتها الداخلية وخطتها الاستراتيجية وقواعدها ولوائحها.
  • الالتزام برسالة الشركة ورؤيتها وأهدافها وإرشادات الممارسة فيها.
  • المشاركة الفعالة في جميع لجان NCC وفرق العمل المكلف بها.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية الصحية الصادرة عن CBAHI.
  • بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة وتعاونية مع الأقسام الأخرى في NCC والجهات المحلية والموردين والمرضى وذويهم والأطراف المعنية الأخرى.
  • استيفاء متطلبات السلامة من الحريق.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الهيكل السريري والقسمي، بما في ذلك الحضور.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التحسين المستمر للجودة وتقييم البرامج، والالتزام بمعايير الجودة والأنظمة السريرية ومعايير وزارة الصحة وCBAHI.
  • المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر لجميع الكوادر الأقل خبرة.
  • الاعتماد على الأدلة العلمية في الممارسة.
  • مراعاة عوامل السكان من حيث الموروث والبيئة وانتشار الأمراض في رعاية المريض.
  • تطوير برنامج فعّال للتعليم الطبي المستمر للقسم أو التخصص المكلف به من رئيس القسم والمشاركة فيه ودعمه، ويشمل ذلك الجولات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات ونوادي المجلات العلمية وأنشطة تعليمية أخرى.
  • تنفيذ المهام التخصصية وفق الصلاحيات السريرية المحددة بناءً على التدريب والخبرة والمهارات، وفق إرشادات الهيئة الصحية السعودية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس طب وجراحة من جامعات معترف بها.
  • ماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعات معترف بها، أو زمالة (Fellowship) معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • خبرة في طب الصحة المهنية مع شهادة تدريب.
  • خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد درجة الماجستير، أو أن يكون مؤهلاً للتقدم لامتحان البورد في التخصص.
  • ترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، مرخص كـ Registrar في التخصص ذي الصلة.
  • شهادات إنعاش قلبي رئوي سارية: BLS وACLS وATLS.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات الحاسب: Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
  • اللغات: الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة في التحدث والكتابة.

Job Description

Service as a Consultant in the Dermatology department to Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases.

Accountabilities

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
  • Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
  • Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
  • Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
  • Completes fire safety requirements.
  • Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
  • Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff.
  • Evidence base oriented.
  • Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
  • Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.

Specialty Tasks:

  • Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
  • Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.
  • Occupational health experience with training certificate

Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.

SCFHS License

  • Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Other Requirements (Certificates)

  • Valid Resuscitation training certificates (BLS , ACLS, ATLS) are required.

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
