تعلن شركة نهدي الطبية (Nahdi Medical Co.) عن وظيفة مسجّل (Registrar) في تخصص تعويضات الأسنان (Prosthodontics) برقم الوظيفة 207140، في مدينة أبها بمنطقة عسير، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المسجّل تشخيص الإصابات والأمراض وعلاجها، وفحص المرضى وأخذ تواريخهم الطبية، وصرف الأدوية، وطلب الفحوصات الطبية وإجرائها وتفسير نتائجها. كما يقدم الاستشارات للمرضى حول التغذية والنظافة والرعاية الوقائية متى كان ذلك متعلقاً بحالاتهم الفردية. بيئة العمل داخلية بنسبة 100%، ويعمل المسجّل 6 أيام ويوم راحة واحد، بواقع 8 ساعات عمل صافية وفق جدول الدوام المعتمد من رئيس القسم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
- تصميم خطة رعاية المريض وتنفيذها.
- توعية المرضى بحالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
- توعية المرضى بتعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
- طلب نتائج فحوصات المرضى ومراجعتها.
- صرف الأدوية للمرضى.
- الالتزام بالمسؤوليات المتعلقة بالسجلات الطبية للمرضى.
- تنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب ما يُكلَّف به.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات عيادات نهدي الطبية (NCC) ولوائحها وأنظمتها وخطتها الاستراتيجية، والالتزام برسالتها ورؤيتها وأهدافها وإرشادات الممارسة فيها.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في جميع اللجان وفرق العمل بعيادات NCC التي يُكلَّف بها.
- الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية الصحية الصادرة عن CBAHI.
- بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة وتعاونية مع الأقسام الأخرى في NCC والجهات المحلية والموردين والمرضى وأسرهم وسائر الأطراف المعنية.
- استيفاء متطلبات السلامة من الحريق.
- الالتزام بمعايير الهيكل السريري والإداري للقسم، بما في ذلك الحضور.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التحسين المستمر للجودة وتقييم البرامج، والالتزام بمعايير الجودة السريرية ومعايير وزارة الصحة وCBAHI وأنظمتها.
- المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر لجميع الكوادر الأصغر.
- الاعتماد على الأدلة العلمية في الممارسة.
- دمج العوامل السكانية من موروث وبيئة وانتشار الأمراض في رعاية المريض.
- تطوير برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر للقسم أو التخصص أو الوحدة السريرية التي يحددها رئيس القسم، والمشاركة فيه ودعمه، ويشمل ذلك الجولات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات ونوادي المجلات العلمية وأنشطة تعليمية أخرى.
- ممارسة الصلاحيات السريرية المحددة بحسب التدريب والخبرة والمهارات وإرشادات المجلس الصحي السعودي.
- تنفيذ المهام الإضافية المرتبطة بالتخصص وصلاحياته السريرية.
- لا تقتصر المسؤوليات على ما سبق، ويجوز للمدير تكليف مهام أخرى بحسب احتياجات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس طب وجراحة من جامعات معترف بها.
- ماجستير في التخصص ذي العلاقة من جامعات معترف بها، أو زمالة (Fellowship) معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد الحصول على الماجستير، أو أن يكون مؤهلاً للتقدم لامتحان المجلس في التخصص.
- ترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) كمسجّل في التخصص ذي العلاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي: أنظمة المكاتب وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية (Health Information Systems).
- اللغتان الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة في التحدث والكتابة.

Job Description
Service as a Registrar in the Prosthodontics Registrar department is to Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases.

Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases.
Accountabilities
- Assess patients and document findings.
- Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
- Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
- Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
- Prescribe medications for patients.
- Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
- Prescribe medications for patients.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
- Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
- Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
- Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
- Completes fire safety requirements.
- Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
- Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
- Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff.
- Evidence base oriented.
- Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
- Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.
- Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
- Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
- Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.
- 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.
- Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
