تعلن شركة النهدي الطبية عن حاجتها لمقيم أشعة تشخيصية (Diagnostic Radiology Registrar) في مدينة ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تشخيص الإصابات والأمراض وعلاجها. بيئة العمل داخلية بنسبة 100%، وأيام العمل 6 أيام مقابل يوم إجازة واحد، وساعات العمل 8 ساعات صافية وفق جدول المناوبات المعتمد من رئيس القسم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
- تصميم خطة الرعاية للمريض وتنفيذها.
- تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
- تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض، وتقديم الاستشارات المتعلقة بالنظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الوقائية عند ارتباطها بالحالة.
- طلب نتائج فحوصات المرضى ومراجعتها.
- وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
- فحص المرضى وأخذ التاريخ الطبي، وطلب الفحوصات التشخيصية وإجراؤها وتفسيرها.
- تنفيذ مهام إضافية حسب التخصص والصلاحيات السريرية.
- الصلاحيات في الأشعة العامة: الأشعة السينية العادية وغير المتباينة، والفحوصات المتباينة، وتصوير IVP وHSG، وأشعة الصدر العادية، والموجات فوق الصوتية العامة للبطن والتوليد، وإجراء تصوير الثدي (Mammogram) دون تفسير.
- تنفيذ المهام التخصصية وفق التدريب والخبرة والمهارات وإرشادات المجلس الصحي السعودي.
- المهام غير محصورة فيما سبق، ويجوز للمدير تكليف مهام أخرى حسب احتياج العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعات معترف بها.
- ماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعات معترف بها، أو زمالة معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد الماجستير، أو الأهلية لاجتياز امتحان المجلس في التخصص.
- ترخيص كمقيم (Registrar) في التخصص ذي الصلة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات الحاسب: Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية (Health Information Systems).
- اللغات: الإنجليزية والعربية، مع طلاقة في التحدث والكتابة.

Accountabilities
Position Accountabilities:
- Assess patients and document findings.
- Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
- Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
- Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
- Prescribe medications for patients.
- Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their clinical privileges.
- DIAGNOSTIC GENERAL RADIOLOGY PRIVILEGES Plain Film Non-Contrast Routine Radiography, Contrast Studies, IVP,HSG.
- Chest: Plain films.
- Imaging: General ultrasound, abdominal and obstetrical
- Perform mammogram without interpretation.
- Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
- Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

- Working Hours : 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
- Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.
- 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.
- Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
