تعلن شركة NOV عن وظيفة مشغّل لوحة التحكم في نظام MPD (MPD Panel Operator) في مدينة الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل مشغّل لوحة التحكم في نظام MPD تحت إشراف مهندس MPD، ويتولى تشغيل لوحة التحكم ومعدات السطح المرتبطة بها أثناء عمليات الموقع الميداني. يدعم الدور التنفيذ الآمن لتطبيقات MPD، ومنها CBHP وPMCD والدوران المستمر، من خلال مراقبة الضغوط ومعدلات التدفق والعوائد والإنذارات، وتعديل معايير التشغيل وفق التوجيهات، والحفاظ على سجلات تشغيلية دقيقة. كما يساعد في عمليات التجهيز والفك وفحص الوظائف واختبارات الضغط وفحص المعدات وتسليم الورديات وإعداد التقارير اليومية، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات QHSSE الخاصة بالشركة والعميل والجهات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل لوحة التحكم في MPD ومجمع الخانقات (choke manifold) وأنظمة المراقبة تحت إشراف مهندس MPD ووفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة وتسجيل ضغط الحلقة الخلفي (annular backpressure) وضغط الأنابيب الرأسية (standpipe) وضغط الغلاف (casing) والتدفق الداخل والخارج وخصائص الطين والإنذارات وحالة المعدات، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي اتجاهات غير طبيعية.
- المساعدة في التجهيز والفك وفحص الوظائف واختبارات الضغط وتشغيل معدات MPD قبل العمليات وبعدها.
- التواصل بوضوح مع مهندس MPD والحفار (Driller) وطاقم المنصة وفريق تسجيل الطين (mud logging) ومزودي الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة أثناء عمليات MPD.
- الحفاظ على ملاحظات تسليم الورديات والسجلات اليومية وقوائم فحص المعدات والبيانات التشغيلية اللازمة لإعداد التقارير.
- إجراء الفحوصات الروتينية والتنظيف والصيانة الأولية لمعدات التحكم في MPD والحساسات والصمامات والخراطيم والخطوط.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات القصيرة (toolbox talks) والاجتماعات الأمنية ومراجعات JSA/JRA وتمارين الاستجابة للطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- ضمان توافق أنشطة MPD مع معايير QHSSE للشركة والعميل والجهات التنظيمية، ودعم مهندس MPD أثناء التنفيذ والفك.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في MPD أو الحفر أو التحكم في الضغط أو التحكم بالآبار (well control) أو تشغيل الخانقات أو معدات الموقع الميداني.
- الاستعداد للعمل في بيئة ميدانية وبساعات عمل غير منتظمة، والتنقل حسب متطلبات العمل.
- سجل عمل يُظهر سلوكاً آمناً في العمليات الميدانية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية شفهياً وكتابةً.

Job Description
Under the supervision of the MPD Engineer, the MPD Panel Operator is responsible for operating the MPD control panel and related MPD surface equipment during wellsite operations. The role supports the safe execution of MPD applications, including CBHP, PMCD and Continuous Circulation, by monitoring pressures, flow rates, returns and alarms; adjusting operating parameters as directed; and maintaining accurate operational records. The MPD Panel Operator assists with rig-up, rig-down, function testing, pressure testing, equipment checks, shift handover and daily reporting, while ensuring activities are performed in compliance with company, client and regulatory QHSSE requirements.

Responsibilities
- Operate the MPD control panel, choke manifold and monitoring systems under the direction of the MPD Engineer and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor and record annular backpressure, standpipe pressure, casing pressure, flow in/out, mud properties, alarms and equipment status; report abnormal trends immediately.
- Assist with rig-up, rig-down, function testing, pressure testing and commissioning of MPD equipment before and after operations.
- Communicate clearly with the MPD Engineer, Driller, rig crew, mud logging personnel and third-party service providers during MPD operations.
- Maintain accurate shift handover notes, daily logs, equipment checklists and operational data required for reporting.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning and first-line troubleshooting of MPD control equipment, sensors, valves, hoses and lines.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, JSA/JRA reviews and emergency response drills as required.
- Ensure MPD activities meet corporate, client and regulatory QHSSE standards and support the MPD Engineer during execution and demobilization.
- 2 to 4 years MPD, drilling, pressure control, well control, choke operation or wellsite equipment experience.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to follow procedures and work under the direction of senior personnel.
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail during live operations.
- Professional manner with positive customer service attitude.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Mobile and willing to work irregular hours in a field environment.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate logs, complete checklists and provide effective shift handovers.
- Work history that demonstrates safe behavior in field operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary rig team.
