تعلن شركة نون (Noon - Education for Everyone) عن وظيفة مصمم تجربة تعلّم في مجال الرياضيات (Learning Experience Designer - Math) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. الوظيفة تعمل عن بُعد أولاً، ويمكن للمرشحين المقيمين في الرياض العمل من مكتب الرياض بدواماً كامل أو جزئي خلال الأسبوع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المجال: الرياضيات والكم (Math & Quant).
- يتولى مصمم تجربة التعلّم مسؤولية رحلة التعلّم لدى الطلاب، ويطبّق أفضل ما توصل إليه علم التعلّم لتقديم تجارب تعليمية متميزة.
- يعمل بشراكة مع قادة المناهج والمعلمين وفرق المنتج والهندسة لإعداد تصاميم مقررات متمحورة حول المتعلم، وأصول وسائط متعددة، وأدوات تقييم، وأدلة للميسّرين تدعم نتائج قابلة للقياس لدى الطلاب.
- الوظيفة عن بُعد أولاً وتعمل عبر المناطق الزمنية بما يتوافق مع إيقاع التسليم.
- مناسبة لمصممي التعليم ومصممي تجربة التعلّم الذين يزدهرون في بيئات سريعة الإيقاع ذات رسالة واضحة، ويستمتعون بالبناء للتوسّع.
- غير مناسبة لمن يفضّل الأدوار المتخصصة الضيقة دون تعاون متعدد التخصصات، أو لمن لا يرغب في التطوير التكراري بأسلوب المنتجات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم تجارب تعلّم متكاملة تشمل النطاق والتسلسل، وخطط الوحدات، وخطط الدروس، وأدوات التقييم، والتقييمات التكوينية المتوافقة مع نتائج التعلّم لدى نون.
- تطوير استراتيجيات التقييم وسلالم التقدير (Rubrics) التي تقيس الإتقان وتوجّه التحسين المستمر للمحتوى والتدريس.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المنتج والهندسة لتحويل التصاميم التربوية إلى تجارب رقمية قابلة للتوسّع، وضمان جودة مسارات التعلّم على المنصة.
- التأكد من تعريب المواد التعليمية وملاءمتها للغة والعوامل السياقية الأخرى.
- تنفيذ نماذج أولية سريعة واختبارات مستخدمين مع الطلاب والمعلمين للتحقق من قرارات التصميم وتحسين التفاعل والمكاسب التعليمية.
- تدريب المعلمين والميسّرين ودعمهم في استخدام المواد الجديدة والمناهج التربوية وأدوات التقنية التعليمية لضمان تطبيق عالي الجودة.
- استخدام البيانات والملاحظات النوعية لتحسين المنهج والمحتوى ضمن دورات تحسين مستمرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الذكاء الاصطناعي جزء من طريقة تصميمك؛ تستخدمه يومياً في ممارستك، مثل صياغة المواد ونقدها، وتوليد بنود التقييم واختبار قوتها، وبناء النماذج الأولية في ساعات بدلاً من أسابيع، ويجب أن تكون قادراً على عرض ما بنيته باستخدامه.
- بكالوريوس في تخصص STEM أو الفنون أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تصميم تجارب تعلّم رقمية أو مدمجة لمراحل المرحلة الثانوية.
- شغف بالرياضيات والرغبة في مساعدة الطلاب على حبها.
- خبرة مثبتة في كتابة خطط الدروس وأدوات التقييم وأدلة الميسّرين المبنية على أهداف التعلّم والممارسات القائمة على الأدلة.
- فهم قوي للتقييم التكويني وتصميم التغذية الراجعة واستراتيجيات التمايز لفصول متعددة القدرات.
- تواصل كتابي وشفهي ممتاز باللغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على إنتاج محتوى واضح موجّه للمتعلم ووثائق موجّهة للمعلم.
- القدرة بالتساوي على العمل في الموقع وعن بُعد، والتعاون مع فرق عن بُعد في مناطق زمنية مختلفة (يُفضّل التداخل مع توقيت GMT +3).

What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope & sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned to Noon learning outcomes.
- Develop assessment strategies and rubrics that measure mastery and inform iterative improvements to content and instruction.
- Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to QA learning flows in the platform.
- Ensure learning resources are localised for language and other contextual factors.
- Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions and improve engagement and learning gains.
- Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and use of EdTech tools to enable high-fidelity implementation.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content, driving continuous improvement cycles.
- AI is already part of how you design. You use it daily in your own practice - drafting and critiquing materials, generating and stress-testing assessment items, prototyping in hours rather than weeks - and you can show us what you have built with it.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Experience designing digital or blended learning experiences for High School grades.
- Passion for Math and helping students learn to love Math.
- Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides informed by learning objectives and evidence-based practices.
- Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies for mixed-ability classrooms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to produce clear learner-facing content and teacher-facing documentation.
- Equally comfortable working on-site and remotely, and able to collaborate with remote teams across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred).
- Experience in delivering the American Curriculum at international schools.
- Experience with adaptive learning systems or analytics-driven personalisation at scale.
- Prior teaching experience in hybrid or online classrooms.
- Arabic language ability or experience working in the Middle East educational context.
- A pragmatic designer who balances rigour and creativity to build learning experiences that are measurable, scalable, and delightful for learners.
- A collaborative partner who can work closely with teachers, engineers and product teams to bring ideas into production.
