يعمل المهندس الكهربائي الأول مع التركيز على النقل والتوزيع (Transmission & Distribution)، ويلعب دوراً محورياً في تنفيذ المشاريع وإنجازها. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق متعدد التخصصات من المهندسين وخبراء القطاع لإتمام المشاريع. وتشمل الوظيفة التعرض لمجموعة واسعة من الخبرات في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية وقطاع الإنشاءات، وسيتم دعم المهندس المختار في تطوير معرفته نحو الحصول على لقب مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) مع نمو معرفته ومسؤولياته. تقدم الشركة خدمات متعددة تشمل الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية، والرشاشات والحماية من الحريق، وتحويل النفايات إلى طاقة (BioEnergy)، والمصاعد المتخصصة، والتصنيع خارج الموقع، وخدمات الدعم الفني، والصيانة، وإدارة الأصول، ونمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، والمسح الجيولوجي.
المهام والمسؤوليات

- تحديد الفجوات التصميمية والتناقضات ومشكلات قابلية التنفيذ وفرص الهندسة القيمية المحتملة، واقتراح حلول هندسية عملية لمراجعتها واعتمادها.
- قيادة التنسيق الهندسي الكهربائي مع فريق BIM والتخصصات الأخرى، لضمان إعداد مخططات الورشة (Shop Drawings) والمخططات أحادية الخط (Single-Line Diagrams) والتخطيطات الكهربائية المنسقة والجاهزة للتنفيذ وإصدارها وفق البرنامج الزمني للمشروع.
- مراجعة واعتماد مخططات الورشة الكهربائية والمخططات التخطيطية (Schematics) والحسابات والوثائق الفنية قبل تقديمها الرسمي للاستشاري، مع ضمان الدقة الفنية والاكتمال والامتثال لنية التصميم.
- مراجعة والتحقق من جداول الأحمال الكهربائية وحسابات مقاسات الكابلات وحسابات انخفاض الجهد وحسابات دائرة القصر ودراسات تنسيق الحماية وغيرها من الحسابات الهندسية الكهربائية ذات الصلة.
- قيادة إعداد طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والاستفسارات الفنية وتوضيحات التصميم ومتابعتها، لضمان حل المسائل الهندسية في الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل المباشر مع مدير MEP والاستشاري والعميل وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع لحل المسائل الفنية المعقدة والاتفاق على تغييرات التصميم الناتجة عن ظروف الموقع أو متطلبات التنسيق أو تعليمات العميل.
- مراجعة الواجهات الكهربائية مع التخصصات الميكانيكية وCSA والحماية من الحريق ونظام إدارة المباني (BMS) والتخصصات الأخرى، لضمان التنسيق الكامل للأنظمة وقابليتها للتنفيذ.
- تحديد المخاطر الفنية والتصميمية والزمنية المحتملة المرتبطة بنطاق الهندسة الكهربائية، والإبلاغ عنها.
- ضمان أن أحكام التصميم الكهربائي تلبي متطلبات البنية التحتية الحرجة بشكل كافٍ.
- تقديم القيادة الهندسية والإشراف الفني على أنشطة التركيب الكهربائي، لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق مخططات الورشة المعتمدة والمواصفات وبيانات طرق العمل ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد لمديري الإنشاءات والمشرفين الميدانيين والمشرفين والمقاولين من الباطن، وحل مشكلات التركيب والتنسيق المعقدة.
- إجراء زيارات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع ومراجعات هندسية دورية لتحديد التناقضات في التركيب ومشكلات الجودة والتعارضات المحتملة مع الخدمات الأخرى.
- ضمان إيصال أحدث مخططات الورشة المعتمدة والمعلومات الفنية والتعليمات الهندسية إلى فرق الموقع، وسحب الوثائق المستبدلة من الاستخدام.
- قيادة حل الاستفسارات الفنية في الموقع، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- مراجعة وتنسيق متطلبات أعمال المقاول (Builders' Work) بما في ذلك الفتحات وقطع البناء والقواعد الخاصة بالمعدات ومجاري الكابلات ودعامات الحاويات والاختراقات ومتطلبات الوصول، بالتعاون مع فرق BIM وCSA والإنشاءات.
- متابعة تقدم التركيب الكهربائي مقارنة بالمخرجات الهندسية والبرنامج الزمني العام للإنشاء، وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة وتنفيذ إجراءات الاستدراك بالتنسيق مع مدير MEP.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع الإنشاءات، مع أفضلية كبيرة للخبرة في مراكز البيانات أو المشاريع الحرجة (Mission-critical).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتنسيق مخرجات الهندسة الكهربائية في مشاريع إنشاء واسعة النطاق.
- أفضلية كبيرة للخبرة في البنية التحتية للطاقة الحرجة، بما في ذلك بنى التوزيع الكهربائي المتكررة (Redundant)، وتكوينات UPS، ومزامنة المولدات، وأنظمة ATS/STS، وتكامل EPMS/BMS.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the electrical engineering scope, thoroughly reviewing the IFC MEP design package to establish a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, design intent, specifications and scope of work.
- Lead detailed technical reviews of electrical designs to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable local authority regulations (SEC, DEWA, ADDC, ADMCC, etc.) and relevant international standards (BS, IEC, NFPA, etc.).
- Identify design gaps, discrepancies, constructability issues and potential value engineering opportunities, proposing practical engineering solutions for review and approval.
- Lead electrical engineering coordination with the BIM team and other disciplines, ensuring coordinated and construction-ready shop drawings, single-line diagrams and electrical layouts are developed and issued in accordance with the project programme.
- Review and approve electrical shop drawings, schematics, calculations and technical documentation prior to formal submission to the consultant, ensuring technical accuracy, completeness and compliance with the design intent.
- Review and verify electrical load schedules, cable sizing calculations, voltage drop calculations, short-circuit calculations, protection coordination studies and other relevant electrical engineering calculations.
- Lead the preparation, submission and follow-up of RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications, ensuring timely resolution of engineering issues.
- Liaise directly with the MEP Manager, consultant, client and other project stakeholders to resolve complex technical matters and agree design changes arising from site conditions, coordination requirements or client instructions.
- Review electrical interfaces with Mechanical, CSA, Fire Protection, BMS and other disciplines to ensure all systems are fully coordinated and constructible.
- Identify and communicate potential technical, design and programme risks associated with the electrical engineering scope.
- Ensure electrical design provisions adequately address critical infrastructure requirements.
- Provide engineering leadership and technical oversight of electrical installation activities, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to Construction Managers, Superintendents, supervisors and subcontractors, resolving complex installation and coordination issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and engineering reviews to identify installation discrepancies, quality concerns and potential clashes with other services.
- Ensure the latest approved shop drawings, technical information and engineering instructions
- Lead the resolution of site technical queries, identifying root causes and coordinating appropriate corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.
- Review and coordinate builders' work requirements, including openings, block-outs, equipment plinths, cable trenches, containment supports, penetrations and access requirements, with BIM, CSA and Construction teams.
- Monitor electrical installation progress against engineering deliverables and the overall construction programme, identifying potential delays and implementing recovery measures in coordination with the MEP Manager.
- Provide technical guidance on proposed design changes, equipment substitutions and alternative installation methodologies, ensuring appropriate technical approvals are obtained before implementation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve installation efficiency, constructability, system performance, reliability and maintainability.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in construction projects, with significant experience in Data Centre or mission-critical projects highly advantageous.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating electrical engineering deliverables on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution systems, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, battery systems, busduct, cable containment, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and associated control systems.
- Experience with critical power infrastructure, including redundant electrical distribution architectures, UPS configurations, generator synchronisation, ATS/STS and EPMS/BMS integration, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to independently review electrical designs, manage technical submissions and resolve complex engineering and site coordination issues.
- Experience reviewing vendor technical proposals, equipment selections and Long Lead Equipment (LLE) submittals.
- Strong understanding of electrical testing, commissioning, energisation procedures, load bank testing and integrated systems testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit (for coordination and MTO review).
- Familiarity with Middle East regulations, authority requirements and international engineering standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineering personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering priorities and deliverables within a fast-paced, high pressure construction environment.
- Experience working directly with clients, consultants, specialist subcontractors and equipment vendors.
