المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات الفحص والمعاينة والاختبار لمعدات الرفع وملحقاتها للتحقق من مطابقتها للمعايير والأنظمة ومتطلبات العميل.
- التخطيط لأنشطة الفحص، وإعداد تقارير الفحص، وتوثيق النتائج بوضوح ودقة.
- تقييم حالة المعدات، وتحديد العيوب أو حالات عدم المطابقة، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية لضمان التشغيل الآمن وموثوقية الأصول.
- التنسيق مع العملاء وفرق الموقع، ومراجعة الوثائق الفنية والشهادات.
- التأكد من صيانة أدوات الفحص وأجهزة القياس ومعايرتها بشكل سليم.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لممارسات السلامة، ودعم عمليات التدقيق عند الحاجة.
- مواكبة معايير الرفع المعمول بها وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بأنواع معدات الرفع وإجراءات التشغيل الآمن، والمعايير المحلية والدولية المطبقة (مثل ISO وEN وBS وASME)، والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في إجراء الفحوصات الفنية والفحص البصري واختبارات الحمل وتقييم المخاطر للرافعات والروافع والحبال والأطواق والملحقات الأخرى.
- مؤهل فني أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو ما يرتبط بها.
- شهادات مهنية في فحص معدات الرفع أو اختبارات NDT ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وأدلة الشركات المصنعة وشهادات المطابقة وسجلات الفحص وتفسيرها.

Role Description The Lifting Equipment Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections, examinations, and testing of lifting equipment and accessories to verify compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and involves planning inspection activities, preparing inspection reports, and documenting findings in a clear and accurate manner. The inspector will assess equipment condition, identify defects or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions to ensure safe operation and asset reliability. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and site personnel, reviewing technical documentation and certificates, and ensuring that inspection tools and measuring equipment are properly maintained and calibrated. - Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, office software, inspection reporting systems) for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
