تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن حاجتها إلى مفتش مرور (سلامة الطرق) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، ضمن مشاريع الإنشاءات، للمساهمة في انسياب حركة المرور وسلامة مستخدمي الطرق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث WSP عن مفتش مرور كفء للانضمام إلى فريقها، لضمان انسياب حركة المرور وسلامة مستخدمي الطرق في مشاريع الإنشاءات بالرياض. يتولى الشخص المختار دوراً محورياً في إجراء فحوصات المرور، وتطبيق خطط إدارة المرور، وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة والمعايير. وتسعى الشركة إلى بيئة عمل ودية وشاملة تحترم مساهمات الأفراد على اختلاف خلفياتهم وخبراتهم، وتشجع التقديم من المؤهلين والمستحقين بغض النظر عن الجنس أو العرق أو الإعاقة أو العمر أو الدين أو المعتقد أو الحالة الاجتماعية أو الحمل أو الأمومة والأبوة، وستتم مقابلة جميع المتقدمين من ذوي الإعاقة الذين يستوفون المعايير الأساسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة لإجراءات إدارة المرور والإشارات الإرشادية والعلامات الأرضية والإشارات الضوئية في مشاريع إنشاء الطرق، للتأكد من مطابقتها للخطط والمواصفات المعتمدة والمتطلبات النظامية.
- مراجعة خطط إدارة المرور وتحويلات المرور المؤقتة وتخطيطات مناطق العمل لتحديد المخاطر ونقاط الازدحام المحتملة، واقتراح إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة.
- مراقبة حركة المرور وأنماطها بالقرب من مواقع الإنشاء، وتقييم تأثير أنشطة الإنشاء على مستخدمي الطرق والمشاة والمجتمعات المجاورة.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، ومنهم المقاولون والمهندسون والجهات المحلية وجهات إنفاذ القانون، لتنسيق استراتيجيات إدارة المرور وتقليل الاضطرابات المرورية.
- تطبيق إجراءات التحكم في المرور، مثل إغلاق المسارات والتحويلات والإشارات المؤقتة، وفقاً للخطط المعتمدة وبروتوكولات السلامة.
- إجراء تقييمات الأثر المروري والنمذجة للتنبؤ بتأثير أنشطة الإنشاء على الازدحام المروري وأزمنة السفر والسلامة، واقتراح استراتيجيات للتخفيف من الآثار السلبية.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المرورية والحوادث الوشيكة، وتوثيق النتائج وتحديد العوامل المساهمة، والتوصية بإجراءات وقائية لتعزيز السلامة.
- تقديم الإرشاد والتدريب لفرق الإنشاء وموظفي التحكم في المرور حول إجراءات إدارة المرور وبروتوكولات السلامة ومتطلبات الامتثال النظامي.
- متابعة التطورات في القطاع والتقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة المرور والتخطيط للنقل، وتطبيق المستجدات ذات الصلة في استراتيجيات المشاريع ومنهجياتها.
- الالتزام بتعزيز التزام WSP بالسلامة والاستدامة والجودة المتميزة في جميع جوانب تنفيذ المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة النقل أو تخصص ذي صلة، والشهادات أو التراخيص المهنية في إدارة المرور ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المرور أو التخطيط للنقل أو مجالات ذات صلة، مع التركيز على مشاريع الطرق والجسور والطرق السريعة والأنفاق.
- سجل مثبت في العمل مع كبرى شركات الاستشارات الهندسية الدولية في مجال الإنشاءات، وضمان الالتزام بأنظمة المرور ومعاييره.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة المرورية وأجهزة التحكم في المرور وتقنيات إدارة المرور.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على التنسيق الفعال مع أصحاب مصلحة متنوعين وبناء علاقات تعاونية.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of traffic management measures, signage, markings, and signals on road construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Review traffic management plans, temporary traffic diversions, and work zone layouts to identify potential risks, hazards, and congestion points, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor traffic flow and patterns near construction sites, assessing the impact of construction activities on road users, pedestrians, and neighboring communities.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies, to coordinate traffic management strategies and minimize disruptions to traffic.
- Implement traffic control measures, such as lane closures, detours, and temporary traffic signals, in accordance with approved plans and safety protocols.
- Conduct traffic impact assessments and modeling to predict the effects of construction activities on traffic congestion, travel times, and safety, and propose strategies to mitigate adverse impacts.
- Investigate traffic incidents, accidents, and near misses, documenting findings, identifying contributing factors, and recommending preventive measures to enhance safety.
- Provide guidance and training to construction teams and traffic control personnel on traffic management procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in traffic management and transportation planning, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies and methodologies.
- Uphold WSP's commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality excellence in all aspects of project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications or licenses in traffic management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in traffic management, transportation planning, or related fields, with a focus on road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects.
- Proven track record of working with top international construction consultants and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and standards.
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, traffic control devices, and traffic management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for traffic analysis, simulation, and modeling.
