تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن حاجتها إلى مساح موقع (Site Surveyor) للعمل ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك في مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى المرشح المختار تنفيذ أعمال المسح والتحديد (Setting-out)، والتحقق من أعمال المقاول، وضمان تنفيذ جميع عناصر البناء وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة سابقة في بيئة الاستشارات الهندسية وخلفية قوية في مشاريع العقارات والمباني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ مسح الموقع والتحديد والتحقق من المناسيب والإحداثيات والأبعاد والمحاور لأعمال البناء.
  • إنشاء نقاط التحكم المساحية والمعالم المرجعية وأنظمة الإسناد في موقع المشروع والمحافظة عليها.
  • مراجعة سجلات المسح وحساباته ووثائق التنفيذ كما هي (As-built) لدى المقاول للتحقق من دقتها ومطابقتها.
  • التحقق من دقة تخطيطات المباني والعناصر الإنشائية والمرافق والتفاصيل المعمارية مقارنةً بالمخططات المعتمدة.
  • إجراء المسوحات الطبوغرافية ومسوحات الإنشاء حسب الحاجة خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
  • متابعة أنشطة المسح لدى المقاول وتحديد الانحرافات عن مواصفات المشروع والتصاميم المعتمدة.
  • إعداد تقارير المسح والسجلات والرسومات التخطيطية والوثائق لفريق الإشراف.
  • التنسيق مع المهندسين المقيمين والمعماريين والمهندسين الإنشائيين والمقاولين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمسح.
  • دعم فريق التفتيش خلال أعمال الإنشاء وتقديم المشورة الفنية في مجال المسح.
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير جودة المشروع ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والإرشادات التنظيمية.
  • المساهمة في مراجعة واعتماد الأعمال المنجزة قبل تسليم المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في المساحة أو الجيوماتكس أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع الاستشارات أو الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع تطوير العقارات والمباني، تشمل المشاريع التجارية والسكنية ومتعددة الاستخدامات والضيافة أو المشاريع المؤسسية.
  • خبرة سابقة في الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالمخططات الإنشائية والمواصفات وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
  • الخبرة في برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج معالجة بيانات المسح.
  • مهارات اتصال وإعداد تقارير جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق الإشراف متعددة التخصصات.

WSP is hiring an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Construction Supervision team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying and setting-out activities, verifying contractor works, and ensuring that all construction elements are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role requires previous experience within a consultancy environment and a strong background in property and buildings projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys, setting out, and verification of levels, coordinates, dimensions, and alignments for building works.
  • Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference systems across the project site.
  • Review contractor survey records, calculations, and as-built documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify the accuracy of building layouts, structural elements, utilities, and architectural features against approved drawings.
  • Conduct topographic and construction surveys as required during project execution.
  • Monitor contractor survey activities and identify deviations from project specifications and approved designs.
  • Prepare survey reports, records, sketches, and documentation for the supervision team.
  • Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Contractors to resolve survey-related issues.
  • Support the inspection team during construction activities and provide technical survey advice.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality standards, health and safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in the review and certification of completed works prior to project handover.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy/construction supervision projects.
  • Proven experience on property and buildings developments, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or institutional projects.
  • Previous Middle East experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary supervision teams.
