نبذة عن الوظيفة
يلعب أخصائي الحلول الرقمية الإقليمي دوراً أساسياً في تحويل المختبرات السريرية وأنظمة الرعاية الصحية في المنطقة من خلال تطبيق ابتكارات الصحة الرقمية المتقدمة. ويعمل ضمن فريق navify Lab Solutions المخصص، حيث يقود الرحلة التقنية كاملة، بدءاً من التصميم التقني والتكامل السلس، مروراً بحل المشكلات المتقدمة، وانتهاءً بالتدريب التعاوني للعملاء. وتشجع ثقافة الشركة على التعبير عن الذات والحوار المفتوح والتواصل الحقيقي، حيث يُقدَّر الموظف ويُقبل ويُحترم كما هو، بما يمكّنه من الازدهار مهنياً وشخصياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التكاملات التقنية الشاملة: الإشراف على نشر المنصات الرقمية الصحية في مواقع المستشفيات والمختبرات الشريكة وإعدادها وتحسين أدائها
- تمكين التشغيل البيني: ربط المنصات الصحية بأنظمة معلومات المستشفيات والمختبرات (HIS/LIS) باستخدام بروتوكولات الاتصال المعيارية مثل HL7 وASTM
- العمل كمستشار تقني موثوق: تقديم عروض تقنية مؤثرة، وترجمة قدرات الأنظمة المعقدة إلى فوائد سريرية وتشغيلية ملموسة، ودعم العملاء في مرحلة ما قبل البيع
- تمكين المستخدمين السريريين: تقديم تأهيل تقني مخصص وتدريب مستمر لفرق المختبرات لضمان موثوقية عالية للنظام وثقة سريرية كاملة
- ضمان الأمن والامتثال: حماية البيئات الصحية الحساسة عبر تطبيق معايير صارمة لحماية البيانات وأمن السحابة والمعايير التنظيمية في كل عملية تطبيق
- التعاون عبر الفرق: العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الهندسة الإقليمية والعالمية لمشاركة رؤى الميدان والمساهمة في تطوير الجيل القادم من التشخيص الرقمي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو المعلوماتية الصحية أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة (عادةً سنتان على الأقل) في تطبيق حلول تقنية المعلومات واستكشاف أعطالها في البيئات السريرية أو المختبرية أو المستشفيات (HIS/LIS)
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية ببروتوكولات الربط في الرعاية الصحية مثل HL7 وASTM، إلى جانب مفاهيم قواعد البيانات والشبكات
- أساس متين في أنظمة التشغيل (Windows Server) وأمن الشبكات والجدران النارية والبيئات السحابية، مع الإلمام بأنظمة حماية البيانات مثل GDPR
- مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (الإلمام بالعربية ميزة إضافية)
- القدرة على حل المشكلات بروح تعاونية، والشغف بالتقنية الصحية وتحسين نتائج المرضى عبر التقنيات المخبرية الذكية

The Position

- Drive End-to-End Technical Integrations: Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of digital health platforms at partner hospital and laboratory sites
- Enable Interoperability: Connect healthcare platforms seamlessly with Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS) using standard communication protocols such as HL7 and ASTM
- Partner as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Deliver impactful technical demonstrations, translate sophisticated system capabilities into tangible clinical and operational benefits, and support customer pre-sales engagements
- Empower Clinical Users: Deliver tailored technical onboarding and continuous training to laboratory teams, ensuring high system reliability and clinical confidence
- Ensure Robust Security & Compliance: Safeguard sensitive healthcare environments by applying strict data protection, cloud security, and regulatory standards to every implementation
- Collaborate Across Boundaries: Partner closely with regional and global engineering teams to share field insights and shape the next generation of digital diagnostics
You are a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for digital healthcare, technical excellence, and improving patient outcomes through smart laboratory technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline
- Healthcare IT Experience: Demonstrable experience (typically 2+ years) implementing and troubleshooting IT solutions in clinical, laboratory, or hospital settings (HIS/LIS)
- Interoperability & Protocols: Practical working knowledge of healthcare interface protocols (HL7 and ASTM) alongside core database and networking concepts
- Security & Infrastructure: Solid foundation in operating systems (Windows Server), network security/firewalls, cloud environments, and awareness of data protection regulations (such as GDPR)
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a valuable plus), enabling you to explain technical topics clearly to multidisciplinary teams
