تعلن شركة Unilever عن وظيفة مهندس عمليات العناية المنزلية (Home Care Process Engineer) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتيح هذه الوظيفة للمهندس الإسهام في رفع مستوى الأداء الصناعي والعمل ضمن فريق يهتم بتقديم عمل ذي أثر للناس وللكوكب، بهدف تحسين الأعمال وبناء عالم أفضل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق إجراءات السلامة والبيئة المناسبة للأفراد والعمليات والمواد والمنتجات والمعدات لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة لكامل الفريق.
- البحث في تصميم وتطوير معدات جديدة.
- تطوير المعايير.
- تهيئة العمليات الصناعية وتحسينها من البداية إلى النهاية، من الفكرة حتى الاعتماد.
- إدارة قيود التكلفة والوقت.
- ضمان الالتزام بالبروتوكولات واللوائح الداخلية والخارجية.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر للمعدات والعمليات المستخدمة.
- جمع البيانات وكتابة التقارير وعرض النتائج على الإدارة العليا.
- الإشراف على العمليات وسير العمل الحالية وتقييمها.
- تحسين الإنتاجية من خلال تصميم إجراءات جديدة وتطبيقها واختبارها.
- إعداد التقارير لتوثيق التغييرات في العمليات والمنتجات.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء لاكتشاف مجالات التحسين ومتابعة الترقيات.
- توصيل النتائج والمقترحات إلى الإدارة العليا.
- استخدام برامج محاكاة العمليات لاختبار أنسب استراتيجيات الإنتاج.
- تقديم تعليمات مفصلة لتنفيذ تغييرات العمليات بنجاح.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر.
- تقييم الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة المعمول بها.
- المساهمة في جهود القسم عبر إنجاز المهام ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.
- العمل على تحقيق صفر خسائر وصفر هدر في خطوط الإنتاج الخاصة بالمهندس.
- وضع المعايير لجميع أنشطة الخط، including معايير التشغيل والمعايير الفنية ومنهجية معايير الخسائر.
- تدريب مشغلي الخطوط ووضع خطط تطويرهم وتقييم قدراتهم.
- تحليل بيانات الخسائر وفقاً لرمز MMP.
- المتابعة اليومية لأداء الخطوط وتقارير الخسائر.
- المشاركة في تنفيذ التجارب والاختبارات الصناعية لأنواع جديدة من مواد التغليف والمواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية.
- المشاركة في مشاريع تطوير المعدات الحالية وشراء معدات جديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، مع تفضيل تخصص الهندسة الميكانيكية، مع خلفية فنية قوية.
- مفضل: خبرة في القضاء على الخسائر.
- مفضل: خبرة إنتاجية ذات صلة.
- مفضل: القدرة على استخدام أداة محاكاة لتحليل توقفات خطوط الإنتاج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية ومهارات رياضية ممتازة.
- عقلية التحسين المستمر.
- مهارات التدريب والتوجيه (Coaching).
- معرفة فنية أساسية مع القدرة على تعلم المفاهيم الفنية المتقدمة.
- مهارات تحليل البيانات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

- قدرة مثبتة على تحديد المشكلات وتقييمها وحلها.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team.
- Researching, designing, and developing new equipment
- Develop standards
- Configuring and optimizing end-to-end industrial processes, from ideation to certification.
- Managing cost and time constraints
- Ensuring compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations
- Running risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used
- Collecting data, writing reports, and presenting findings to senior management
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process products changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
- Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
- Provides thorough instructions for the successful implementation of process changes.
- Conducts risk assessments.
- Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
- Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Work towards achieving zero losses and zero waste on their respective lines.
- Create standards across all line activities (operation standards, technical standards, and standard losses methodology).
- Train line operators and create plans for their development and asses their capabilities.
- Data analysis for losses according to the MMP Code.
- Day-to-day follow-up on line performance and loss reporting.
- Participate in conducting trial and industrial tests of new types of packaging materials, raw materials and finished products
- Participate in projects to upgrade existing equipment, as well as purchase new ones.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical are preferred) discipline with a strong technical background
