تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى ضمان التميز التشغيلي الذي يمكّن العلامات التجارية من النمو، وذلك من خلال تقديم محاسبة دقيقة لتكاليف المصنع، وضوابط مالية قوية، وتحليلات تكلفة قابلة للتنفيذ. ستدعم إقفال نهاية الشهر، وحوكمة المخزون والأصول الثابتة، وإعداد التقارير الإدارية، ومتابعة الوفورات، وتحسين التكاليف في مصنع BUL.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة تكاليف الإنتاج: تتبع تكاليف التصنيع وتحليلها والتحكم فيها، including المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف، والعمالة، والمرافق، والتكاليف غير المباشرة، والإهلاك، ومصاريف الإنتاج الأخرى.
- تحليل الانحرافات: إجراء تحليل تفصيلي للتكاليف الفعلية مقارنةً بالتكاليف المعيارية والمخططة، وتحديد محركات التكلفة الرئيسية والانحرافات، والتحقق من الأسباب الجذرية، وضمان التخصيص الدقيق لتكاليف التصنيع.
- الموازنات والتخطيط: إعداد موازنات المصنع والتصنيع وصيانتها بالتعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة والإدارات ذات الصلة.
- تحسين التكاليف: العمل مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحديد مبادرات خفض التكاليف وقياسها ومتابعتها في المواد وعمليات الإنتاج والمرافق والهدر والعمالة والتكاليف غير المباشرة للمصنع.
- تقارير الأداء: إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية للإنتاج وتحليل الأداء للإدارة.
- إقفال نهاية الشهر: تقديم محاسبة تكاليف دقيقة وفي وقتها، تشمل التخصيصات، والتحميلات، وإعادة التصنيف، والاستحقاقات، والشطب، مع توفير المستندات الداعمة كاملة.
- إدارة الأصول تحت الإنشاء والأصول الثابتة: متابعة أرصدة AUC ومشاريع CAPEX، وضمان رسملة الأصول في وقتها والمحاسبة الدقيقة عنها.
- الرقابة المالية والامتثال: ضمان الالتزام بمعايير المحاسبة وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية.
- حوكمة المخزون والتكلفة المعيارية: دعم التكلفة المعيارية، وتقييم المخزون، وتحليل استهلاك المواد، وتسويات المخزون، والضوابط ذات الصلة لضمان دقة تكلفة المنتجات والتقارير المالية.
- الشراكة في الأعمال: العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والمالية لمواءمة جهود الرقابة على التكاليف مع أهداف الشركة العامة، وإعداد دراسات جدوى للمشاريع من خلال تحليل التكاليف والمنافع والمخاطر المحتملة لدعم قرارات الاستثمار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة ذات صلة تتراوح بين سنتين وثلاث سنوات في محاسبة التكاليف أو المالية الصناعية أو وظيفة مشابهة.
- شهادة مهنية في المحاسبة أو المالية مثل CMA أو CPA أو CIMA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها (مفضّلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان البرامج المالية وبرنامج Microsoft Excel.
- دقة عالية في العمل، ووعي قوي بالضوابط الرقابية، ومهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة بأنظمة ERP، وهي مطلوبة في الغالب.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Cost Control: Track, analyze, and control manufacturing costs, including raw and packaging materials, labor, utilities, overheads, depreciation, and other production-related expenses.
- Variance Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of actual versus standard and budgeted costs, identify key cost drivers and variances, investigate root causes, and ensure accurate allocation of manufacturing costs.
- Budgeting and Planning: Develop and maintain factory and manufacturing budgets in collaboration with production, engineering and other relevant functions.
- Cost Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, quantify, and track cost-saving initiatives across materials, production processes, utilities, waste, labor, and factory overheads.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular production financial reports and performance analysis for management.
- Month End Closing: Deliver accurate and timely month-end cost accounting, including allocations, charge-outs, reclassifications, accruals and write-offs with complete support.
- AUC & Fixed Asset Management: Monitor AUC balances and CAPEX projects, ensuring timely asset capitalization and accurate asset accounting.
- Financial Controls and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Inventory and Standard Cost Governance: Support standard costing, inventory valuation, material consumption analysis, stock adjustments, and related controls to ensure accurate product costing and financial reporting.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with production and finance teams to align cost control efforts with overall company objectives. Build business cases for projects by analyzing costs, benefits, and potential risks to support investment decisions

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance or related role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, control awareness and analytical problem-solving.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is often required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional accounting or finance certification such as CMA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
