المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الامتثال الضريبي.
- تقديم التخطيط الضريبي الاستراتيجي والمشورة للإدارة العليا لتحسين الوضع الضريبي للمنظمة.
- إدارة وتنسيق العلاقات مع المستشارين الضريبيين الخارجيين والمسؤولين الحكوميين.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات في التشريعات الضريبية التي تؤثر على الشركة وتقييم التأثيرات المحتملة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات ضريبية تتوافق مع استراتيجية العمل الشاملة.
- توجيه الفرق الداخلية حول الآثار الضريبية لمختلف العمليات والمعاملات التجارية.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق الضريبي وإعداد الوثائق والردود اللازمة على استفسارات السلطات الضريبية.
- إعداد تقارير للإدارة التنفيذية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بشأن المسائل الضريبية وحالة الامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل وجود درجات متقدمة أو شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CA.
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في إدارة الضرائب أو الأدوار الاستشارية.

As a pivotal member of the Qiddiya Investment Company team, the Manager - Tax is responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while strategically contributing to the company's financial objectives. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the tax landscape, excellent analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to senior management to optimize the organization's tax position
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external tax advisors and government officials
