Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts في الحدود الشمالية طريف السعودية تبحث عن فني إلكترونيات (Electronic Technician) للانضمام إلى فريقها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال في المكونات الإلكترونية في غرف النزلاء والمناطق العامة والمرافق الخلفية وفقًا للمواصفات والإجراءات المقدمة.
  • استخدام الأدوات اليدوية وأدوات القياس الدقيقة اللازمة للصيانة والإصلاحات.
  • ضمان المطابقة البصرية والوظيفية لجميع الأنظمة التي تم تركيبها وإصلاحها.
  • تحديد أي حالات شاذة أو أعطال أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة أثناء أنشطة الصيانة والإبلاغ عنها.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل منظمة وآمنة تتوافق مع معايير ولوائح السلامة في الفندق.
  • إجراء اختبارات تشخيصية على أنظمة الفندق (التحكم في التكييف، أنظمة الإضاءة، معدات الأمن، إلكترونيات غرف النزلاء) وفقًا للإجراءات المقررة.
  • استخدام معدات الاختبار وأدوات التشخيص المناسبة لتحديد مشكلات الأنظمة.
  • توثيق نتائج الاختبارات وأنشطة الصيانة وفقًا لسجلات الفندق ومتطلبات الامتثال.
  • تشخيص المشكلات الإلكترونية باستخدام الإجراءات المقررة وأدوات استكشاف الأعطال.
  • إجراء الإصلاحات واستبدال المكونات التالفة في أنظمة الفندق ومعدات غرف النزلاء.
  • اختبار الأنظمة التي تم إصلاحها للتأكد من عملها بشكل صحيح وسلامة النزلاء.
  • توثيق جميع التدخلات وأعمال الصيانة وفقًا لمعايير الفندق.
  • رفع المشكلات المعقدة إلى الفنيين الأكبر سنًا أو المتخصصين الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
  • تطبيق جميع إجراءات الفندق وبروتوكولات الصيانة وتعليمات السلامة السارية.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة حسب الأولويات التشغيلية وجداول خدمة النزلاء.
  • الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الصيانة لتقليل الإزعاج للنزلاء.
  • الإبلاغ عن المشكلات المتكررة أو أعطال الأنظمة أو فرص ترقية المعدات.
  • دعم عمليات الفندق خلال فترات الذروة وحالات الطوارئ لضمان استمرارية الخدمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على مستوى NVQ 3 أو 4 (أو ما يعادله) في الإلكترونيات أو الميكاترونكس أو الهندسة الكهربائية من معهد معترف به.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كفني إلكترونيات في بيئة ضيافة راقية أو فندق 5 نجوم.
  • العمر بين 22 و40 سنة (مستحب).
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
  • الموقع: طريف، السعودية (موقع نائي).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة الإلكترونيات في الفنادق بما في ذلك التحكم في التكييف وأنظمة الإضاءة ومعدات الأمن وتقنيات غرف النزلاء.
  • خبرة عملية في استكشاف الأعطال وتشخيص وإصلاح المكونات والأنظمة الإلكترونية.
  • إتقان استخدام معدات الاختبار التشخيصي مثل أجهزة القياس المتعدد وراسمات الذبذبات وأدوات تشخيص أنظمة الفنادق المتخصصة.
  • تفكير نقدي ممتاز ومهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل مع القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.
  • عمل جماعي قوي مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة وتحديد أولويات رضا النزلاء.
  • مهارات اتصال استثنائية ومهارات تعامل مع الآخرين مع الالتزام بالسرية والاحترافية في بيئة فندقية راقية.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office والبريد الإلكتروني وأنظمة إدارة صيانة الفنادق (يفضل).
  • معرفة معايير السلامة في الفنادق ولوائح الامتثال وبروتوكولات خدمة النزلاء (مستحبة جدًا).
  • شهادة في صيانة الضيافة أو إدارة أنظمة الفنادق (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description

As the Electronics Technician at Movepick Waad al Shamal, you contribute to the reliability, functionality, and guest satisfaction by performing first-level electronic maintenance, testing, and repair activities on hotel systems and equipment. The role directly supports hotel operations and the processing of routine maintenance requests, according to established work methods, and remains available to assist operations as needed, including emergency response during peak occupancy periods.

Hotel Systems Maintenance and Installation

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic components in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities according to specifications and procedures provided.
  • Properly use hand tools and precision instruments required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure the visual and functional conformity of all installed and repaired systems.
  • Identify and report any anomalies, malfunctions, or safety concerns observed during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain an orderly, safe work environment that complies with hotel safety standards and regulations.

Functional Testing and System Verification

  • Perform diagnostic tests on hotel systems (HVAC controls, lighting systems, security equipment, guest room electronics) according to established procedures.
  • Use appropriate test equipment and diagnostic tools to identify system issues.
  • Document test results and maintenance activities in accordance with hotel records and compliance requirements.

Equipment Repair and Restoration

  • Diagnose electronic problems using established procedures and troubleshooting tools.
  • Perform repairs and replacement of defective components in hotel systems and guest room equipment.
  • Test repaired systems to confirm proper functioning and guest safety.
  • Document all interventions and maintenance performed according to hotel standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external specialists when required.

Contribution to Operational Excellence and Guest Satisfaction

  • Apply all hotel procedures, maintenance protocols, and safety instructions in force.
  • Execute maintenance work according to operational priorities and guest service schedules.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize guest disruption.
  • Report recurring issues, system failures, or opportunities for equipment upgrades.
  • Support hotel operations during peak periods and emergency situations to ensure continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Electronics Technician in a luxury hospitality environment or 5-star hotel setting.
  • Strong practical knowledge of hotel electronic systems, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, security equipment, and guest room technology.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic components and systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized hotel system diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritize guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to discretion and professionalism in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and hotel maintenance management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel safety standards, compliance regulations, and guest service protocols is highly desirable.
  • Certification in hospitality maintenance or hotel systems management is an added advantage.
  • Age between 22-40 years is desirable.
