شركة علم تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير لوحدة مراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور قيادة وإدارة وحدة مراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية، وضمان توفر ومرونة وأمان وقابلية التوسع في بيئات البنية التحتية المحلية والسحابية في الشركة. يشرف على عمليات مراكز البيانات ومنصات الخوادم والبنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي وخدمات التخزين والنسخ الاحتياطي وقدرات مزامنة الملفات، مع قيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية وبرامج تحديث التقنية وإدارة الموردين وحوكمة البنية التحتية لدعم استمرارية الأعمال والتميز التشغيلي وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخارطة الاستراتيجية للوحدة بما يتوافق مع توجهات الشركة التقنية وأهداف الأعمال.
- قيادة مبادرات تحديث البنية التحتية في البيئات المحلية والسحابية وضمان المواءمة بين قدرات البنية التحتية ومتطلبات النمو.
- الإشراف المباشر على عمليات مراكز البيانات لضمان توفر الخدمة واستقرارها التشغيلي، وإدارة التخطيط للسعة والضوابط البيئية.
- إدارة بيئات الخوادم المادية والافتراضية والبنية التحتية الداعمة لأعباء العمل المتقدمة بما فيها بيئات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وضمان أداء الأنظمة ودورة حياتها.
- الإشراف على حلول التخزين المؤسسي (SAN و NAS ومنصات التخزين السحابي) وضمان قدرات النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث وحماية البيانات وسياسات الاحتفاظ بها.
- إدارة العمليات عبر بيئات البنية التحتية المحلية والسحابية وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الحوكمة والأمان.
- قيادة تنفيذ المشاريع والمبادرات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد ضمن النطاق المطلوب، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة الموردين المقدمين لخدمات وحلول البنية التحتية والإشراف على تنفيذ العقود والامتثال لتسليم الخدمات، ومعالجة التصعيد.
- قيادة وإدارة فرق البنية التحتية متعددة الوظائف والإشراف على أدائها وتوزيع أعباء العمل وتقديم التوجيه الفني.
- الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية ذات الصلة، وضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة محكمة ومتسقة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن والسلامة والجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات والحفاظ على بيئات بنية تحتية آمنة وضوابط الوصول، ودعم تنفيذ الضوابط الأمنية وإجراءات تخفيف المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة (مثل ITIL، TOGAF، Cloud، Data Center، أو Infrastructure Management) يفضل أن تكون حاصلاً عليها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو عمليات التقنية.
- خبرة في إدارة مراكز البيانات والخوادم والتخزين والبيئات السحابية.

- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or technology operations.
- Experience in managing data centers, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
