شركة علم تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Consultant في قسم Technology Operations Center بالرياض، لدعم أنشطة البحث والتطوير في الأنظمة المدمجة والإلكترونيات وأجهزة إنترنت الأشياء (IoT).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير الأجهزة: دعم تصميم واختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء في حلول الإلكترونيات وأجهزة IoT تحت الإشراف، وإعداد المخططات الكهربائية وتصميمات PCB وقوائم المكونات، واختيار المكونات الإلكترونية المناسبة، والمساهمة في تطوير تصاميم الأجهزة وفق المتطلبات الوظيفية والفنية.
- تطوير الأنظمة المدمجة: تطوير البرامج الثابتة (Firmware) للمتحكمات الدقيقة باستخدام C و C++، وإنشاء وصيانة مكتبات برمجية، وربط الحساسات والمكونات الطرفية باستخدام بروتوكولات الاتصال (UART, I2C, SPI, RS232, one-wire, GPIO)، ودعم تصحيح الأخطاء وتحسين أداء البرامج الثابتة.
- تطوير النماذج الأولية واختبارها: بناء وتجميع واختبار النماذج الأولية للمنتجات الجديدة وأجهزة IoT، وإجراء اختبارات وظيفية للتحقق من الأداء وسهولة الاستخدام، وتحديد مشاكل التصميم والعيوب الفنية، وتوثيق نتائج الاختبار والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم بنية أجهزة IoT: المساهمة في تصميم بنية أجهزة IoT والحلول المتصلة، ودعم دمج المكونات المادية والبرامج الثابتة والحساسات والاتصال داخل منتجات IoT، والبحث وتطبيق أحدث الأدوات والتقنيات في مجال IoT، والتعاون مع فرق التطوير لضمان قابلية التوسع والتطبيق العملي.
- دعم التحقق والتحقق من الصحة والجودة: المساهمة في أنشطة التحقق والتحقق من الصحة لضمان مطابقة التصاميم للمتطلبات الفنية والجودة، ودعم اختبارات الأجهزة وإعداد سيناريوهات الاختبار وتقارير الاختبار لأنشطة البحث والتطوير، والمساعدة في تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لمشاكل الأداء، ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين الموثوقية والجودة.
- دعم إنتاج الأجهزة: دعم إنتاج الأنظمة المدمجة وأجهزة IoT، والمساعدة في إعداد متطلبات الإنتاج وتعليمات التجميع والوثائق الفنية، والتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية لضمان اتباع التصاميم المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة، ودعم استكشاف المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالإنتاج وتقديم تحسينات عملية.
- التعامل مع معدات المختبر: استخدام أدوات المختبر مثل مصادر الطاقة، راسمات الذبذبات، محللات المنطق، الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد، ماكينات CNC، محطات اللحام، ومكاوي اللحام الهوائية، مع ضمان الاستخدام الآمن والفعال، واتباع ممارسات السلامة والجودة أثناء العمل في المختبر.
- التوثيق الفني ودعم الملكية الفكرية: إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك تقارير الاختبار وملاحظات التصميم وقوائم المكونات وسجلات التطوير، ودعم إعداد إفصاحات الاختراع والمدخلات الفنية المطلوبة لحفظ الملكية الفكرية وبراءات الاختراع، وتوثيق أنشطة التطوير لدعم الاحتفاظ بالمعرفة والتحسينات المستقبلية، والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وموردي التكنولوجيا الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
- السياسات والإجراءات: اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير التشغيل القياسية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة مضبوطة ومتسقة، والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- أمن المعلومات: الامتثال لممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة بهندسة الإلكترونيات أو الأنظمة المدمجة أو تطوير أجهزة IoT أو النماذج الأولية للأجهزة أو تطوير البرامج الثابتة (Firmware) أو أدوار البحث والتطوير.
- خبرة في تصميم الدوائر الكهربائية وتطوير PCB واختيار المكونات وبرمجة الأنظمة المدمجة واختبار النماذج الأولية.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات المختبر مثل راسمات الذبذبات ومصادر الطاقة ومحللات المنطق ومحطات اللحام والطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد وماكينات CNC والمعدات المماثلة.

- Hardware Development
- Support the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and IoT product solutions under supervision.
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, footprints, and bills of materials in line with project requirements.
- Select suitable electronic components for circuit design and product development activities.
- Contribute to the development of hardware designs that meet functional, quality, and technical requirements.
- Embedded Systems Development
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers using C and C++ programming languages.
- Create and maintain software libraries to support embedded systems and IoT device functionality.
- Interface sensors and peripheral components using communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, RS232, one-wire, and GPIO.
- Support debugging and enhancement of embedded software to improve device reliability and performance.
- Prototype Development & Testing
- Support prototype building, assembly, and testing for new products and IoT device concepts.
- Conduct functional testing of prototypes to verify performance, usability, and design compliance.
- Identify design issues, technical defects, and improvement opportunities during prototype development.

- IoT Device Architecture Support
- Contribute to the architecture design of IoT devices and connected hardware solutions.
- Support the integration of hardware, firmware, sensors, and connectivity components within IoT products.
- Research and apply relevant IoT advancements, tools, and technologies to support product development.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure IoT device designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with solution requirements.
- Verification, Validation & Quality Support
- Contribute to verification and validation activities to ensure designs comply with technical and quality requirements.
- Support device testing, test scenario preparation, and test report development for R&D activities.
- Assist in identifying root causes of hardware, firmware, and device performance issues.
- Support corrective actions to improve product reliability, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Hardware Production Support
- Support the production of embedded systems, IoT devices, and related hardware components.
- Assist in preparing production requirements, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure production activities follow approved designs and quality standards.
- Support troubleshooting of production-related technical issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Lab Equipment Handling
- Use laboratory tools and equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, 3D printers, CNC machines, soldering stations, and hot air soldering tools.
- Ensure lab equipment is handled safely and effectively during testing, assembly, and prototyping activities.
- Maintain proper usage of lab tools to support accurate measurements, testing, and development work.
- Follow safety and quality practices while performing lab-based hardware and electronics activities.
- Technical Documentation & Intellectual Property Support
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, design notes, component lists, and development records.
- Support the preparation of invention disclosures and technical inputs required for intellectual property and patent filing activities.
- Document hardware, firmware, and prototype development activities to support knowledge retention and future enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors when required to obtain technical inputs, components, or development support.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering, embedded systems, IoT device development, hardware prototyping, firmware development, or related R&D roles.
- Experience in circuit design, PCB development, component selection, embedded programming, and prototype testing.
- Experience using lab tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, soldering stations, 3D printers, CNC machines, and related development equipment.
