قيادة وإدارة أنشطة البنية المؤسسية في شركة علم بالرياض، من خلال تحديد التوجهات الإستراتيجية للبنية المؤسسية، وحوكمة ممارسات حلول البنية، وضمان توافق الحلول التقنية مع أهداف الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إستراتيجية وحوكمة البنية المؤسسية: تعريف وتحديث إستراتيجية البنية المؤسسية ومبادئها ومعاييرها بما يتوافق مع أهداف المنظمة، وضمان الامتثال لأطر الحوكمة، وقيادة أنشطة الحوكمة المعمارية.
- الإشراف على حلول البنية: الإشراف على تصميم ومراجعة الحلول التقنية عبر المشاريع والمبادرات، وتوجيه فرق التنفيذ لضمان التوافق مع الحلول المعتمدة، وضمان قابلية التوسع والصيانة والأداء.
- تحسين التقنية والابتكار: تحسين حزم التقنية ومكونات البنية لرفع الكفاءة وتقليل التعقيد، وقيادة تقييم واختيار التقنيات والمنصات، ودعم دمج التقنيات الناشئة في المشهد المؤسسي.
- إدارة المخاطر والامتثال المعماري: تحديد وإدارة المخاطر والتبعيات المتعلقة بالبنية، وضمان امتثال الحلول التقنية لمعايير البنية ومتطلبات الأمن والالتزامات التنظيمية، ودعم خطط التخفيف من مخاطر البنية والتقنية.
- دعم المشاريع الإستراتيجية والتحول: دعم المشاريع الكبرى ومبادرات التحول من خلال التوجيه والإشراف المعماري، ودمج اعتبارات البنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع، والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لمواءمة الحلول التقنية مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية والتجارية.
- إدارة خرائط طريق البنية والمستودعات: الحفاظ على خرائط طريق البنية المؤسسية وضمان توافقها مع التوجهات التقنية والأولويات الإستراتيجية، والإشراف على مستودعات البنية ومعاييرها ووثائقها، وضمان دقة الأصول المعمارية وتحديثها وقابليتها للتدقيق.
- إدارة الأفراد: إدارة أنشطة وعمل المرؤوسين وتقييم أدائهم من خلال التغذية الراجعة الرسمية وغير الرسمية، وتحفيزهم وتحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات مع مراعاة أفضل الممارسات العالمية وتحسين الأعمال وخفض التكاليف وزيادة الإنتاجية.
- السياسات والإجراءات: اتباع جميع سياسات الإدارات المعنية وعملياتها وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والتعليمات لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة منضبطة ومتسقة، والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- أمن المعلومات: الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سرية البيانات وسلامتها.

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and standards aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure alignment and compliance of technology solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance standards.
- Lead architecture governance activities and ensure adherence to approved architectural practices.
- Solution Architecture Oversight
- Oversee the design and review of technology solutions across projects and initiatives.
- Guide implementation teams to ensure alignment with approved solution architectures.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of technology solutions.
- Technology Optimization & Innovation
- Optimize technology stacks and architecture components to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, and architecture solutions.
- Support the integration of emerging technologies into the enterprise landscape.
- Architecture Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify and manage architecture-related risks and dependencies.
- Ensure technology solutions comply with architecture standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Support mitigation planning for architecture and technology risks.
- Strategic Projects & Transformation Support
- Support major projects and transformation initiatives through architectural guidance and oversight.
- Ensure architecture considerations are embedded throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and operational needs.
- Architecture Roadmaps & Repository Management
- Maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps and ensure alignment with technology direction and strategic priorities.
- Oversee architecture repositories, standards, and documentation.
- Ensure architecture artifacts are accurate, updated, and auditable.
- People Management
- Manage the activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets.
- Stimulate subordinates and manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
