يهدف هذا الدور إلى تقديم حلول تكامل بيانات قابلة للتطوير وموثوقة من خلال تقديم استشارات تقنية، وتصميم الحلول، ودعم التسليم عبر وظيفة تكامل مصادر البيانات. يساهم هذا الدور في تطوير ودمج وتحسين خدمات البرمجيات التي تلبي احتياجات العمل والمعايير الفنية وسياسات شركة علم وإجراءاتها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم حلول تكامل بيانات قابلة للتطوير وقابلة للصيانة وآمنة تتماشى مع متطلبات العمل والمعايير الفنية.
  • المساهمة في تحديد بنية الحلول والواجهات وأنماط التكامل والأساليب الفنية للمبادرات المعينة.
  • تقييم التقنيات والمنهجيات ذات الصلة لدعم قرارات التصميم السليمة.
  • تحليل المشكلات الفنية المعقدة عبر التطبيقات وعمليات التكامل وتدفقات البيانات، وتقديم توصيات عملية.
  • التحقيق في الأسباب الجذرية وتقييم الآثار ودعم حل المشكلات الحرجة والعيوب الفنية المتكررة.
  • تحديد اختناقات الأداء وفرص التحسين عبر خدمات التكامل.
  • دعم تطوير وتهيئة وتحسين خدمات تكامل البيانات والمكونات البرمجية ذات الصلة.
  • التعاون مع فرق التطوير والبنية التحتية والأعمال لضمان التنفيذ الفعال وإصدار الحلول.
  • تتبع المهام المسلمة والتبعيات والمخاطر والمشكلات لدعم التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
  • تطبيق ممارسات التطوير والاختبار والنشر التي تدعم معايير الجودة والأمان والموثوقية والأداء.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود والمراجعات الفنية وأنشطة التحقق لضمان قابلية الصيانة والالتزام بالمعايير المعتمدة.
  • دعم أنشطة حل العيوب والتحقق قبل النشر في الإنتاج.
  • إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك مواصفات التكامل وتصميمات الحلول وملاحظات التنفيذ ومواد التسليم التشغيلي.
  • المساهمة في مشاركة المعرفة وتعزيز الأدوات القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام والمعايير والممارسات الفنية.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من المنتجات والمشاريع والأعمال والتقنية لتوضيح المتطلبات وتقديم التوجيه الفني.
  • التواصل بشأن المخاطر الفنية والخيارات والتبعيات وتحديثات التقدم بشكل واضح وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • دعم التحقيق في المشكلات التشغيلية المتعلقة بالتكامل وحلها بالتنسيق مع الفرق ذات الصلة.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين موثوقية الخدمة وقابلية التوسع وكفاءة التسليم وتجربة العملاء.
  • دعم تخطيط وتتبع مسارات العمل الفنية والمعالم الرئيسية وأنشطة جاهزية التسليم.
  • إعداد تحديثات الحالة الفنية والتقارير والتوصيات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
  • اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والمعايير التشغيلية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
  • الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات وضوابط إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
  • الامتثال لممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات تقنية ذات صلة في تطوير البرمجيات، التقنيات السحابية، أو بنية الحلول.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال تطوير البرمجيات، تسليم التكامل، الاستشارات التقنية، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

To deliver scalable and reliable data integration solutions by providing technical consulting, solution design, and delivery support across the DataSource Integration function. The role contributes to the development, integration, and continuous improvement of software services that meet business needs, technical standards, and Elm’s policies and procedures.

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure data integration solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Contribute to defining solution architecture, interfaces, integration patterns, and technical approaches for assigned initiatives.
  • Evaluate relevant technologies and methodologies to support sound design decisions.
  • Technical Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Analyze complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and data flows, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Investigate root causes, assess impacts, and support resolution of critical incidents and recurring technical defects.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across integration services.
  • Integration Development & Delivery
  • Support the development, configuration, and enhancement of data integration services and related software components.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure effective implementation and release of solutions.
  • Track assigned deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to support timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance
  • Apply development, testing, and deployment practices that support quality, security, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical reviews, and validation activities to ensure maintainability and adherence to approved standards.
  • Support defect resolution and verification activities before production deployment.
  • Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, solution designs, implementation notes, and operational handover materials.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the enhancement of reusable tools, standards, and technical practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory Support
  • Collaborate with product, project, business, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Communicate technical risks, options, dependencies, and progress updates in a clear and timely manner.

  • Support investigation and resolution of integration-related operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic And Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or solution architecture are an advantage.

Years And Nature Of Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration delivery, technical consulting, or related fields.
