تعلن شركة القدية عن توفر وظيفة Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager في الرياض، حيث سيتولى قيادة تنفيذ مشاريعها الإنشائية ضمن تطوير القدية الحيوي، مع ضمان إنجاز المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وبأعلى معايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق وإدارة جميع أنشطة تسليم البناء لضمان التوافق مع الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومتطلبات الجودة
- الإشراف على عقود البناء والتواصل مع المقاولين لمتابعة التقدم ومعالجة القضايا وفرض الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة
- تطوير وتنفيذ منهجيات البناء واستراتيجيات تخفيف المخاطر وأساليب حل المشكلات لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة
- قيادة عمليات التفتيش الميداني المنتظمة واجتماعات متابعة التقدم وإعداد التقارير لتتبع حالة البناء ومعالجة أي انحرافات
- التعاون مع فرق التصميم والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع لضمان التكامل السلس بين مرحلتي التصميم والبناء
- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك التواصل مع الإدارة العليا والشركاء الخارجيين وتقديم التقارير لهم
- دفع تطبيق سياسات السلامة والصحة والبيئة في الموقع لتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات والابتكار في تسليم البناء
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة
- خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية، تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها مفضلة
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء وإدارة العقود ومبادئ إدارة المشاريع
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة العديد من أصحاب المصلحة وقيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات بفعالية
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية واتصالية ممتازة
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة البناء وأدوات إدارة المشاريع
- قدرة مثبتة على تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects within the vibrant Qiddiya development. You will play a crucial role in managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive.

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
- Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners
- Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools
- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards
