تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير مشروع تسليم (المستوى DEL1) لقيادة تسليم المشاريع واسعة النطاق ضمن محفظة تطويرها الديناميكية، وذلك في مدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتنسيق وتسليم المشاريع المعقدة من مرحلة التصور حتى الاكتمال، مع ضمان الالتزام بالنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- إدارة فرق المشروع وتوجيههم، وتعزيز ثقافة التعاون والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بما في ذلك المقاولون والاستشاريون والجهات الحكومية والإدارة العليا.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسليم المشاريع، والمنهجيات، وخطط تخفيف المخاطر لضمان نتائج ناجحة.
- مراقبة أداء المشاريع واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة المشكلات التي تؤثر على المواعيد النهائية أو التكاليف أو الجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح ذات الصلة ومعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- تقديم تقارير وعروض شاملة وفي الوقت المناسب عن حالة المشاريع للإدارة التنفيذية وأصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضّل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال تسليم المشاريع، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي عليا لإدارة مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة.
- سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفق معايير الجودة المحددة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل.
- كفاءة في استخدام أدوات وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة PMP (محترف إدارة مشاريع) أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيها بشدة.
- الخبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية، تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide timely and comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale and complex projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential is highly desirable
- Experience working within the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia, is advantageous
