شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس تصميم BIM (BIM Design Engineer) مبدع وذو كفاءة عالية للعمل في مدينة تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، بهدف قيادة إنتاج وتنسيق والتحقق من صحة النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد الذكية لأصول البنية التحتية الكبرى، وسد الفجوة بين التصميم الهندسي والتنفيذ الإنشائي باستخدام أطر نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) المتقدمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم ونمذجة BIM: إنشاء وتعديل وإدارة نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد عالية الجودة ومتعددة التخصصات بدءًا من مرحلة التصميم المفاهيمي وحتى مرحلة «كما تم البناء» (As-Built)، مع ضمان الامتثال لخطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • كشف التصادمات وحلها: قيادة عمليات الدمج (Federation) وإجراء ورش عمل شاملة لكشف التصادمات باستخدام أدوات التنسيق المتقدمة لحل تعارضات التصميم قبل وصولها إلى مرحلة التنفيذ في الموقع.
  • الجودة وضمان المعايير: تدقيق بيانات النماذج الواردة من المقاولين من الباطن لفرض معايير صارمة لمستوى التطوير (LOD 300 إلى 500) وهندسة البيانات والبيانات الوصفية.
  • دعم التصميم الهندسي: إجراء الحسابات الهندسية الروتينية، وإعداد المخططات التفصيلية، واستخراج الرسومات التنفيذية الدقيقة والجداول وكميات المواد مباشرة من نموذج BIM المنسق.
  • تكامل سير العمل الرقمي: التعاون مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع وممثلي العميل لتسهيل نقل بيانات BIM إلى أنظمة إدارة الأصول والأطر الرقمية التوأمية (Digital Twin).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التصميم الهندسي وتطبيق BIM على مشاريع البنية التحتية المعقدة أو مشاريع المباني العملاقة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص قريب من جامعة معتمدة.
  • شهادة مهنية في إدارة BIM أو التنسيق (يفضل بشدة).
  • الاستعداد للانتقال إلى منطقة تبوك والعمل بدوام كامل هناك.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان متقدم لبرامج قياسية في المجال مثل Autodesk Revit و Navisworks Manage و Civil 3D و BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • الإلمام بمعايير ISO 19650 وأدوات النمذجة البارامترية (مثل Dynamo أو Python) (ميزة إضافية كبيرة).
  • خبرة مباشرة في متطلبات تسليم BIM الصارمة للمشاريع العملاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية (مثل NEOM و Trojena و Oxagon و Red Sea Global) (يفضل بشدة).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية التقنية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على دفع التوافق متعدد الوظائف عبر فرق الهندسة والعمارة والإنشاءات.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking an innovative and highly technical BIM Design Engineer to lead the production, coordination, and validation of intelligent 3D models for major infrastructure assets in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural/engineering design and construction execution, leveraging advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) frameworks to ensure clash-free, data-rich models that accelerate delivery and streamline future operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • BIM Design & Modeling: Author, modify, and manage high-quality multi-disciplinary 3D models from conceptual design through to As-Built stages, ensuring compliance with project BIM execution plans (BEP).
  • Clash Detection & Resolution: Lead federation processes and run comprehensive clash-detection workshops using advanced coordination tools to resolve design conflicts before they reach the construction field.
  • Standards & Quality Assurance: Audit incoming model data from sub-contractors to enforce strict Level of Development (LOD 300 to 500) parameters, data geometry, and metadata standards.
  • Design Engineering Support: Perform routine engineering calculations, prepare detailed layouts, and extract precise shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from the coordinated BIM model.
  • Digital Workflow Integration: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and client representatives to facilitate the transition of BIM data into Asset Management and digital twin frameworks.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in engineering design and BIM implementation on complex infrastructure or mega-scale building projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university. Professional certification in BIM Management or coordination is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and parametric modeling tools (e.g., Dynamo or Python) is a significant advantage.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Location/Adaptability: Must be willing to relocate to and work full-time in the Tabuk region. Direct experience working within the stringent BIM delivery requirements of KSA giga-projects (such as NEOM, Trojena, Oxagon, or Red Sea Global) is heavily preferred.
  • Communication & Coordination: Strong technical English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Must possess the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
