تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في الخدمات الهندسية والطاقة النووية، عن توفر وظيفة مفتش سلامة للجسور (HSE Inspector - Bridges) في منطقة الرياض. سيشرف المفتش على سلامة مواقع البناء وضمان الامتثال لإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش اليومي للصحة والسلامة لمشاريع الطرق ومناطق العمل والمعدات.
  • مراقبة تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات الأسلوب ونظام تصاريح العمل.
  • التأكد من استخدام العاملين لمعدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة واتباع إجراءات السلامة.
  • تحديد المخاطر والممارسات غير الآمنة، وإصدار الإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعتها.
  • التحقق من الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة المرور والحركة الآمنة للمركبات والآلات.
  • إجراء جلسات التوعية بالسلامة (Toolbox Talks) والمشاركة في التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات السلامة والتقارير اليومية ووثائق التدقيق.
  • دعم الاستعداد للطوارئ والتدريبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في الهندسة أو السلامة المهنية.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة في مشاريع الطرق أو البنية التحتية.
  • شهادات مهنية مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو OSHA (يُفضل الحصول عليها).
  • مهارات قوية في تحديد المخاطر وإعداد التقارير.

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرات قيادية في مجال السلامة.

Overview

The Safety Inspector oversees occupational safety at construction sites, ensuring all activities comply with HSE guidelines, project safety plans, and legal requirements. The role focuses on preventing incidents and maintaining safe working conditions.

Your role

  • Conduct daily HSE inspections of road projects, work zones, and equipment.
  • Monitor implementation of risk assessments, method statements, and permit‑to‑work systems.
  • Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
  • Identify hazards and unsafe practices; issue corrective actions and follow up.
  • Verify compliance with traffic management measures and safe movement of vehicles/machinery.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
  • Participate in incident/near‑miss investigations.
  • Maintain safety logs, daily reports, and audit documentation.
  • Support emergency preparedness and drills.

About You

  • Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Safety.
  • 3-7 years HSE experience in road or infrastructure projects.
  • Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA preferred.
  • Strong hazard identification and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and safety leadership qualities.
