تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة Planning & Scheduling Engineer في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن بيئة استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC). سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تطوير ومراقبة والتحكم في جداول المشاريع لمشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى للطرق والجسور والتقاطعات والنقل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وصيانة وتحديث جداول المشاريع التفصيلية باستخدام Primavera P6.
  • إعداد الجداول الأساسية وهياكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) وخطط تنفيذ المشاريع.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل الخطوط الأساسية المعتمدة وتحديد الانحرافات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء والتجارة لضمان توافق الجدول.
  • مراجعة وتقييم الجداول الأساسية وجداول التعافي والبرامج المعدلة للمقاولين.
  • ضمان الامتثال للجدول الزمني مع المتطلبات التعاقدية ومعالم المشروع.
  • تطوير جداول زمنية قصيرة وطويلة المدى لدعم تسليم المشروع.
  • تتبع تقدم المشروع والإنتاجية مقابل الأنشطة المخطط لها.
  • تحليل أداء الجدول والأنشطة ذات المسار الحرج.
  • تحديد التأخيرات والاختناقات والمخاطر المحتملة للجدول.
  • إعداد تحليل تباين الجدول والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
  • دعم تطوير خطط التخفيف والتعافي عند الحاجة.
  • إجراء فحوصات سلامة الجدول وصحته.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية ولوحات البيانات والعروض التقديمية للإدارة.
  • تطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتخطيط (KPIs).
  • دعم التنبؤ بالمشروع وتقييمات القيمة المكتسبة.
  • المساعدة في عمليات إدارة التغيير من خلال تقييم تأثيرات الجدول الناتجة عن تغييرات التصميم والتباينات والمطالبات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر لضمان تقارير متكاملة لمراقبة المشروع.
  • دعم أنشطة تحليل مخاطر الجدول (SRA).
  • المساعدة في تحديد المخاطر والفرص المتعلقة بالجدول.
  • المشاركة في التقييمات الكمية للجدول ومحاكاة مونت كارلو.
  • المساهمة في تقييمات الثقة في الجدول والتخطيط للطوارئ.
  • دعم تطوير الجداول المعدلة حسب المخاطر والتنبؤات بالمشروع.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التخطيط والتقدم مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع.
  • تقديم المشورة والتوصيات المتعلقة بالتخطيط لمديري المشاريع وفرق مراقبة المشاريع.
  • ضمان التواصل الفعال لحالة الجدول والمعالم الرئيسية والقضايا الحرجة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • دعم فرق إدارة المشروع لتحقيق أهداف الجدول والالتزامات التعاقدية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل PMI-SP أو PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) أو PMP أو شهادات AACE.
  • 15 عامًا كحد أدنى من الخبرة في التخطيط والجدولة لمشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • خبرة مثبتة في بيئة استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو استشارات هندسية.
  • خبرة واسعة في مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والجسور والتقاطعات والأنفاق والبنية التحتية للنقل.
  • خبرة في مراجعة جداول المقاولين ومراقبة تقدم الإنشاء في مشاريع الأشغال المدنية واسعة النطاق.
  • يفضل بشدة الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع منفذة لجهات حكومية أو هيئات نقل أو عملاء بنية تحتية كبار.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Planning & Scheduling Engineering, in Riyadh, KSA.

The Planning & Scheduling Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for major roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, and transportation infrastructure projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The role will support project delivery teams by ensuring effective planning, progress measurement, schedule analysis, and performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects and extensive experience in planning and scheduling within a PMC or consultancy environment, providing planning expertise across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Your role

Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans.
  • Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify variances.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Review and evaluate contractors' baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and revised programs.
  • Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and project milestones.
  • Develop short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules to support project delivery.

Progress Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track project progress and productivity against planned activities.
  • Analyze schedule performance and critical path activities.
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and potential schedule risks.
  • Prepare schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the development of mitigation and recovery plans where required.
  • Perform schedule integrity and health checks.

Project Controls & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Develop key planning and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support project forecasting and earned value assessments.
  • Assist in change management processes by evaluating schedule impacts arising from design changes, variations, and claims.
  • Coordinate with cost control and risk management teams to ensure integrated project controls reporting.

Schedule Risk Management

  • Support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) activities.
  • Assist in identifying schedule-related risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in quantitative schedule assessments and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Contribute to schedule confidence assessments and contingency planning.
  • Support the development of risk-adjusted schedules and project forecasts.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Participate in planning and progress meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Provide planning advice and recommendations to Project Managers and Project Controls teams.
  • Ensure effective communication of schedule status, key milestones, and critical issues to stakeholders.
  • Support project management teams in achieving schedule objectives and contractual obligations.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as PMI-SP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), PMP, or AACE certifications is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling for major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or engineering consultancy environment.
  • Extensive experience on major roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, tunnels, and transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and monitoring construction progress on large-scale civil works projects.
  • Previous experience on projects delivered for government entities, transport authorities, or major infrastructure clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction and handover.
