تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في منطقة الرياض (موقع نائي في أملج، المملكة العربية السعودية) لمسمى Construction Manager (مدير مشاريع إنشائية). سيتولى المرشح الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة الميدانية لمشاريع المباني الفاخرة وضمان إنجازها بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المقررة ووفقاً للمواصفات التصميمية ومعايير الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة أنشطة البناء لعقود المباني السكنية والفنادق.
  • الإشراف على عمليات الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة.
  • التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمساحين والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
  • مراقبة التقدم وحل المشكلات الفنية أو التشغيلية في الموقع.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والمعايير البيئية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات وخطط العمل.
  • إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع للتحقق من جودة الأعمال والمواد.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم وتحديث الإدارة العليا.
  • إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
  • الإشراف على التحكم في التكاليف وتخصيص الموارد وإدارة المخاطر.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية للتأخيرات أو العيوب أو عدم الامتثال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع المباني في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد والمعايير الصناعية.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع و Microsoft Office.
  • القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات.
  • مهارات قيادية ممتازة وإدارة فرق العمل.
  • قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
  • مهارات فعالة في التواصل والتفاوض.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة.
  • مهارات إدارة الوقت للتعامل مع مشاريع ومواعيد نهائية متعددة.

Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end building projects in Umluj, KSA (remote location) ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Your role

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential building and hotels contracts.
  • Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

About You

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Proven experience in managing buildings projects in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
