شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة "مفتش مواد" (Material Inspector) للعمل في مشروع جسور RCRC بمنطقة الرياض. سيتولى المفتش مسؤولية فحص واختبار ومراقبة والتحقق من جميع مواد البناء المستخدمة في المشروع لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات العقد والكودات الدولية ذات الصلة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات فحص لمواد البناء الواردة إلى الموقع والتحقق من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع ومستندات التقديم المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من شهادات المواد وتقارير الاختبار ووثائق الشركة المصنعة وسجلات الامتثال.
  • فحص المواد قبل التركيب وضمان استمرار حالة الاعتماد.
  • مراقبة تخزين المواد ومعالجتها وصيانتها لمنع التلف أو عدم الامتثال.
  • ضمان إمكانية تتبع المواد طوال عملية البناء.
  • التنسيق مع مختبرات الاختبار المعتمدة لأخذ عينات المواد واختبارها.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار الميداني والمختبري والتحقق منها.
  • مراجعة نتائج الاختبار وتحديد أي مواد أو منتجات غير مطابقة.
  • ضمان أن تواتر الاختبارات يتوافق مع مواصفات العقد وخطط فحص الاختبار (ITPs).
  • التحقق من مصادر واعتماد مواد الخرسانة ومكوناتها.
  • مراقبة أنشطة خلط الخرسانة وتسليمها ووضعها ومعالجتها واختبارها.
  • فحص أعمال التسليح والتحقق من مطابقة المواد قبل صب الخرسانة.
  • مراجعة تصميمات الخلطات الخرسانية وسجلات الجودة.
  • مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات الخرسانة عالية الأداء والإنشائية المستخدمة في بناء الجسور.
  • فحص مواد الصلب الإنشائي وسجلات التصنيع وأنظمة الطلاء.
  • التحقق من شهادات المواد ومواد اللحام ووثائق التصنيع.
  • مراقبة تسليم وتخزين وتركيب مكونات الجسور الفولاذية.
  • التنسيق مع مفتشي اللحام والطلاء لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • مراجعة طلبات فحص المواد (MIRs) المقدمة من المقاولين.
  • إعداد تقارير الفحص والاحتفاظ بسجلات شاملة لعمليات الفحص والاعتماد.
  • إصدار الملاحظات وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) عند الحاجة.
  • تتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق من الإغلاق الناجح.
  • دعم عمليات تدقيق الجودة وأنشطة المراقبة.
  • حضور اجتماعات الجودة وتقديم تحديثات حول حالة امتثال المواد.
  • دعم حل مخاوف الجودة المتعلقة بالمواد والاستفسارات الفنية.
  • ضمان إجراء أنشطة الفحص وفقًا لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع.
  • تعزيز المناولة الآمنة والتخزين الآمن لمواد البناء.
  • مراقبة الامتثال البيئي المتعلق بتخزين المواد والتخلص منها واستخدامها.
  • المشاركة في مبادرات السلامة وفحوصات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة المواد أو تكنولوجيا البناء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • شهادات إضافية في اختبار المواد أو إدارة الجودة أو ضمان جودة البناء تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية.
  • العضويات المهنية والشهادات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في فحص مواد البناء ومراقبة الجودة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مشاريع الجسور والبنية التحتية للنقل.
  • الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج مرغوبة للغاية.
  • يفضل خبرة العمل مع الاستشاريين الدوليين أو المقاولين أو استشاريي إدارة المشاريع (PMC).

Overview

The Material Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, monitoring, and verifying all construction materials used on the RCRC Bridges Project to ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, contract requirements, and relevant international codes.

Your role

Material Inspection & Verification

  • Conduct inspections of construction materials delivered to site and verify compliance with project specifications and approved material submittals.
  • Review and verify material certificates, test reports, manufacturer documentation, and compliance records.
  • Inspect materials prior to installation and ensure approval status is maintained.
  • Monitor storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent deterioration or non-compliance.
  • Ensure traceability of materials throughout the construction process.

Testing & Laboratory Coordination

  • Coordinate with approved testing laboratories for material sampling and testing.
  • Witness and verify field and laboratory testing activities.
  • Review test results and identify any non-conforming materials or products.
  • Ensure testing frequencies comply with contract specifications and inspection test plans (ITPs).

Concrete & Structural Materials Inspection

  • Verify sources and approvals for concrete materials and constituents.
  • Monitor concrete batching, delivery, placement, curing, and testing activities.
  • Inspect reinforcement works and verify material compliance before concrete placement.
  • Review concrete mix designs and quality records.
  • Monitor compliance with requirements for high-performance and structural concrete used in bridge construction.

Structural Steel Inspection

  • Inspect structural steel materials, fabrication records, and coating systems.
  • Verify material certificates, welding consumables, and fabrication documentation.
  • Monitor delivery, storage, and installation of steel bridge components.
  • Coordinate with welding and coating inspectors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Review Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) submitted by contractors.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of inspections and approvals.
  • Issue observations and non-conformance reports (NCRs) where necessary.
  • Track corrective actions and verify successful close-out.
  • Support quality audits and surveillance activities.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Attend quality meetings and provide updates on material compliance status.
  • Support resolution of material-related quality concerns and technical queries.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

  • Ensure inspection activities are conducted in accordance with project HSE requirements.
  • Promote safe handling and storage of construction materials.
  • Monitor environmental compliance relating to material storage, disposal, and usage.
  • Participate in project safety initiatives and inspections.

Qualifications

About you

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Technology, or related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in material testing, quality management, or construction quality assurance are highly desirable.
  • Professional memberships and certifications will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction material inspection and quality control.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience on Saudi Arabian or GCC infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with international consultants, contractors, or project management consultants (PMC) is preferred.
