تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الهندسة والطاقة النووية، إلى توظيف مدير جودة (جسور) للعمل في منطقة الرياض. سيتولى المرشح قيادة مبادرات ضمان الجودة عبر مشاريع متعددة التخصصات، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية وتحسين الأداء المستمر.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مدير جودة متمرس يتمتع بخلفية قوية في العمليات الميدانية والخدمات الاستشارية لقيادة مبادرات ضمان الجودة عبر مشاريع متعددة التخصصات. سيتولى هذا الدور ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية، ودفع عجلة التحسين المستمر، ودعم التميز في تسليم المشاريع في بيئات العمل الميداني وأمام العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ وصيانة نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS) لمشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير ISO 9001 والمواصفات التعاقدية ومتطلبات الجهة المالكة والمعايير الرسمية ذات الصلة.
- العمل كممثل إدارة الجودة في العمليات الميدانية.
- الإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لأعمال الطرق، بما يشمل: أعمال الحفر، الطبقة التحتية، السدود، أعمال الأسفلت والرصف (الرصف المرن والصلب)، أنظمة الصرف، المرافق، ممرات الطرق، أثاث الطرق، اللوحات الإرشادية، وأنظمة إدارة المرور.
- ضمان اعتماد خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وبيانات الأساليب وإجراءات العمل وتنفيذها بفعالية.
- مراقبة اعتماد المواد والاختبارات المعملية والتفتيش الميداني وفقاً لمتطلبات الجهة المالكة والمشروع.
- التخطيط وإجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وتدقيق الموردين ودعم عمليات التدقيق الخارجية / الجهات المالكة / الرسمية.
- قيادة إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة، وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA)، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة والإبلاغ عنها، وتحليل الاتجاهات، والدروس المستفادة، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المشاريع، ومديري الإنشاءات، والمهندسين، والمقاولين، والفرق الميدانية.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لشؤون الجودة مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين والجهات الرسمية والتنظيمية (مثل RTA، ADM، DMT، MoEI - حسب الاقتضاء).
- تقديم خدمات استشارية واستشارات الجودة للعملاء حول أنظمة الجودة في مشاريع الطرق والامتثال.
- تقديم التدريب والتوجيه في مجال الجودة لفرق المشروع والميدان حول معايير وإجراءات الجودة وأفضل ممارسات جودة إنشاء الطرق وأدوات الجودة (RCA، FMEA، مفاهيم Six Sigma).
- تعزيز ثقافة الجودة الاستباقية عبر فرق المشروع والمقاولين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الجودة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي في ISO 9001 (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في إدارة الجودة ضمن مشاريع الجسور.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات الجودة الميدانية على مشاريع طرق أو نقل واسعة النطاق.
- خلفية استشارية قوية وخبرة في التعامل مع العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات الاستشارات الهندسية.
- خبرة في العمل مع معايير هيئات الطرق في الإمارات أو المنطقة (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متعمقة بنظم إدارة الجودة (QMS / IMS) ومعايير ISO وممارسات الجودة في الإنشاءات.
- فهم متقن لمنهجيات إنشاء الطرق والطرق السريعة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية، تواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- الكفاءة في استخدام أدوات الجودة مثل RCA، FMEA، التدقيق، وتقنيات التحسين المستمر.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة ميدانية متعددة التخصصات وسريعة الوتيرة.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects. Your role
Quality Leadership & IMS
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for road and highway projects.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer's requirements, and relevant authority standards.
- Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
- Oversee QA/QC activities for road works, including:
- Earthworks, subgrade, and embankments.
- Asphalt and pavement works (flexible & rigid pavements).
- Drainage, utilities, and road corridors.
- Road furniture, signage, and traffic management systems.
- Ensure Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented.
- Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external/client/authority audits.
- Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Track and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with:
- Clients and consultants.
- Contractors and suppliers.
- Authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., RTA, ADM, DMT, MoEI - as applicable).
- Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.
- Deliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on:
- Quality standards and procedures.
- Road construction quality best practices.
- Quality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma concepts).
- Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- 20+ years of quality management experience within Bridges projects.
- Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on large-scale road or transportation projects.
- Strong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.
- Experience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS / IMS).
- ISO standards and construction quality practices.
- Road and highway construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, audits, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, site-based environment.
