تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة مهندس موقع - جسور (Site Engineer - Bridges) في منطقة الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات اليومية المتعلقة بأعمال الجسور والبنية التحتية، وضمان تنفيذها بأمان وكفاءة وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع ومراقبة تقدم الإنشاءات مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة (IFC) والمواصفات وبيانات الطرق ومتطلبات العقد.
- تنسيق أنشطة الموقع مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق المسح والمفتشين.
- التحقق من جاهزية الموقع وتوفر الموارد قبل بدء أنشطة الإنشاء.
- مراقبة إنتاجية القوى العاملة وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للعمالة والمعدات والمواد.
- ضمان تنفيذ أعمال الجسور ضمن التفاوتات المسموح بها ومتطلبات المحاذاة.
- التنسيق مع فرق المسح للتحقق من التوقيع والمناسيب والمواقع الهيكلية.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين إنشاء الجسور وأنشطة البنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- تحديد ومعالجة القيود في الموقع التي تؤثر على تقدم الإنشاء.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الإنشاء لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني قبل تفتيش الاستشاري والعميل.
- تنسيق طلبات التفتيش (IRs) وطلبات تفتيش المواد (MIRs).
- مراقبة جودة التنفيذ وتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم إعداد السجلات كما بنيت ووثائق الإنشاء.
- مراجعة المخططات والمستندات الفنية قبل تنفيذ الأعمال.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالإنشاء.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة والإنشاء بشأن استفسارات الموقع وتوضيحات التصميم.
- التحقق من الامتثال لمخططات ورشة العمل المعتمدة وتفاصيل الإنشاء.
- دعم تنفيذ التغييرات الهندسية والمراجعات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة التقدم اليومي والإبلاغ عن الأعمال المنجزة مقابل أهداف المشروع.
- تحديد التأخيرات والمخاطر ومخاوف الإنتاجية والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- إعداد تقارير الموقع اليومية وتحديثات التقدم.
- دعم فرق تخطيط المشروع من خلال توفير معلومات التقدم في الإنشاء.
- المساعدة في التنبؤ بالموارد وأنشطة التخطيط المستقبلي.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الموقع واجتماعات التنسيق الفنية.
- الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال بين فرق الموقع والمكتب.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الموقع لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة عبر جميع أنشطة الإنشاء.
- المشاركة في محادثات السلامة (toolbox talks) وعمليات التفتيش والتحقيقات في الحوادث.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- التسجيل المهني في الهندسة (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادات إضافية في إدارة الإنشاءات أو هندسة الجسور (مفضلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في مشاريع البناء المدني والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إنشاء الجسور.
- خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج (مرغوب بشدة).
- خبرة في العمل مع المقاولين الرئيسيين أو الاستشاريين أو شركات إدارة المشاريع (مفضلة).

Your role
Site Supervision & Construction Execution
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, survey teams, and inspectors.
- Verify site readiness and resource availability prior to commencement of construction activities.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure bridge works are constructed within approved tolerances and alignment requirements.
- Coordinate with survey teams to verify setting-out, levels, and structural positioning.
- Infrastructure Works Coordination
- Coordinate interfaces between bridge construction and related infrastructure activities.
- Identify and address site constraints affecting construction progress.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections prior to consultant and client inspections.
- Coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Monitor workmanship and identify non-conformances for corrective action.
- Support preparation of as-built records and construction documentation.
- Review drawings and technical documents before execution of works.
- Assist in resolving construction-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams regarding site queries and design clarifications.
- Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and construction details.
- Support implementation of engineering changes and approved revisions.
- Monitor daily progress and report work completed against project targets.
- Identify delays, risks, and productivity concerns and recommend corrective measures.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Support project planning teams by providing construction progress information.
- Assist with resource forecasting and look-ahead planning activities.
- Participate in site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
- Maintain effective communication between site and office teams.
- Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements.
- Promote safe working practices across all construction activities.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineering registration is advantageous.
- Additional certifications related to construction management or bridge engineering are preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil and infrastructure construction projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant bridge construction experience.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
- Experience working with main contractors, consultants, or PMC organizations is preferred.
- Strong site supervision and construction management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
