نبذة عن الوظيفة

رافلز و فيرمونت البحر الأحمر، ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، يقدمان منتجعين يركزان على الطبيعة. يضم المنتجع 361 غرفة و 11 مفهوم طعام متنوع بما في ذلك مطعم فوق الماء يطل على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف، بالإضافة إلى سبا. سيكون رافلز البحر الأحمر ملاذاً للأناقة الراقية والفخامة الخالدة، يجمع بين الكرم الأسطوري لرافلز والخدمة الشخصية والجمال الطبيعي ورؤية الاستدامة لمشروع البحر الأحمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيادة التشغيلية: المساعدة في الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للنادي، بما في ذلك صيانة المرافق وتعقيم المعدات، وضمان أن تكون جميع المناطق منظمة وآمنة.
  • إدارة الفريق: الإشراف على مرافقي نادي الأطفال، وإجراء جلسات تدريبية منتظمة لتعزيز المهارات، وضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير حماية الطفل وخدمة الفخامة.
  • تطوير البرامج: تصميم وتنفيذ برامج جذابة ومناسبة للعمر مثل تلوين الأصداف، البحث عن الكنز، اليوغا للأطفال، والأنشطة ذات الطابع الطبيعي التي تتماشى مع بيئة البحر الأحمر الفريدة.
  • التواصل مع الضيوف: الترحيب بالعائلات شخصياً، والرد على الاستفسارات والمخاوف باحترافية، وإدارة الطلبات الخاصة لضمان تجربة عائلية سلسة.
  • السلامة والامتثال: تطبيق إجراءات صارمة لتسجيل الدخول/الخروج، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحضور وتقارير الحوادث وجهات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ.
  • الدعم الإداري: إدارة مخزون الألعاب واللوازم، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل التدبير المنزلي والهندسة، والمساعدة في جدولة الموظفين وتقييم الأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة علمية أو شهادة في تربية الطفولة المبكرة، إدارة الترفيه، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في رعاية الأطفال أو الضيافة، مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور إشرافي. خبرة ما قبل الافتتاح (Pre-Opening) تعتبر أولوية عالية لمشاريع البحر الأحمر الجديدة.
  • شهادات سارية في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) والإسعافات الأولية (First Aid) إلزامية.
  • فهم متطلبات الضيوف الفاخرة للغاية (Ultra-Luxury) ومواءمة العلامة التجارية.
  • خبرة في تنسيق المشاريع والجدولة وإدارة المستندات خلال مراحل ما قبل الافتتاح.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مظهر لا تشوبه شائبة ونهج خدمة استباقي.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة لغات إضافية مثل العربية أو الروسية ميزة كبيرة).
  • نهج استباقي وتوقعي مع إحساس قوي بالملكية والمساءلة.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation, and ensuring all areas remain orderly and safe.
  • Team Management: Supervise Kids Club Attendants, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills and ensuring strict adherence to child protection and luxury service standards.
  • Program Development: Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids' yoga, and nature-themed activities that align with the Red Sea's unique environment.
  • Guest Engagement: Personally welcome families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professional discretion, and managing special requests to ensure a seamless family experience.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and emergency contacts.
  • Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, coordinate with departments like Housekeeping and Engineering, and assist with staff scheduling and performance appraisals.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in childcare or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Pre-opening experience is often a high-priority requirement for new Red Sea developments.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, an anticipatory service approach, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are highly valued).

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
