فندق رافلز مكة بالاس (Raffles Makkah Palace) يبحث عن Head Butler في منطقة مكة للإشراف على العمليات اليومية لخدمة البتلر وضمان تجربة استثنائية للنزلاء بما يتماشى مع معايير الضيافة العربية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لخدمة البتلر وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة لتحقيق أقصى رضا للنزلاء والحفاظ على معايير خدمة العملاء المحددة.
  • إدارة الوردية والتأكد من تقديم الخدمات المتعلقة بالبتلر للنزلاء وفقاً لمعايير الخدمة المعتمدة.
  • مساعدة الإدارة في تدريب وتطوير فريق البتلر لضمان الكفاءة وتحقيق أهداف التعاقب الوظيفي.
  • الإلمام بتجهيزات ووظائف جميع المعدات في الأجنحة.
  • إدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم البتلر بشكل عملي ومباشر.
  • خدمة الأجنحة والمناطق المخصصة حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: خدمة الطعام والشراب، وإعادة تخزين المنتجات والمعدات واللوازم.
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية للنزلاء والزملاء في جميع الأوقات عند نقل التعليمات أو المعلومات أو النصائح، وضمان استلام المعلومات في الوقت المناسب وفهمها.
  • مساعدة مدير الوردية في إدارة المناوبة بكفاءة وفقاً لمفهوم الخدمة المعتمد، وتقديم خدمة مهنية ومحترمة وفعالة ومرنة في جميع الأوقات.
  • إعداد ومراجعة وإصدار التقارير المطلوبة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتلبية احتياجات التشغيل اليومية.
  • التعامل مع استفسارات النزلاء بلباقة وكفاءة، ورفع شكاوى النزلاء أو مشكلاتهم إلى مدير الوردية أو مدير خدمة البتلر في حال عدم وجود حل فوري، وضمان متابعة مناسبة وكاملة مع النزلاء.
  • جمع وتحديث المعلومات الشخصية للنزلاء وتفضيلاتهم وعاداتهم وهواياتهم لضمان قاعدة بيانات دقيقة وشاملة لتاريخ النزلاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في منصب قيادي مطلوبة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Windows (مفضلة).
  • شهادة جامعية/كلية في تخصص ذي صلة (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
  • قدرات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
  • مسؤولية وموثوقية عالية.
  • القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق الواحد.
  • القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات النزلاء مع البقاء هادئاً ومهذباً في جميع الأوقات.

Job Description

  • Supervising the daily operations of the Butler Services and ensure smooth operation to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining set customer service standards.
  • Responsible for managing the shift and ensuring the Butler related services are provided to guests in accordance to set service standards.
  • Assist management in coaching and developing butlers to ensure competence performance and succession objectives are met.
  • Familiar with the set-up and functionality of all equipment in the Suites.
  • Manage in a hands-on manner the daily operation of the Butler Department.
  • Attend to service the suites and other assigned areas as needed, including but not limited to: food & beverage service, restocking product, equipment and supplies.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times to both guests and fellow employees when communicating instruction, information or advice ensuring the information is received in a timely manner and understood.
  • To assist the Duty Manager in efficiently managing the shift according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
  • Prepare, administer and compile reports as required in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments on daily operation’s needs.
  • Handle guest enquiry in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problem to Duty Manager or Butler Services Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure proper and complete follow up with guests.
  • Collecting and updating guest personal information, preferences, practices, and hobbies to ensure guest has a detailed and accurate guest history database.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications preferred
  • University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
