تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تعقيم - فني (Sterilization Specialist - Technician). يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية إزالة التلوث، وتحضير، وتعقيم، وتوزيع الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية وفقاً لسياسات ومعايير الشركة، لضمان توفرها بشكل آمن للإجراءات الجراحية ورعاية المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفرز وفحص الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية المستعملة لإزالة التلوث.
- تنظيف الأدوات يدوياً باستخدام المنظفات والمطهرات المناسبة.
- تشغيل وصيانة معدات إزالة التلوث مثل أجهزة التنظيف بالموجات فوق الصوتية والغسالات والمعقمات.
- تجميع مجموعات الأدوات الجراحية والمعدات الطبية وفقاً للبروتوكولات المعتمدة.
- تغليف الأدوات والمستلزمات تمهيداً للتعقيم مع ضمان التغليف والوسم والتوثيق الصحيح.
- فحص الأدوات بحثاً عن التلف أو البلى وإبلاغ المشرف المباشر بأي مشكلات.
- تشغيل أجهزة التعقيم (مثل الأوتوكلاف) وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مراقبة وتوثيق دورات التعقيم بما في ذلك معايير الوقت ودرجة الحرارة والضغط.
- إجراء اختبارات المراقبة البيولوجية والكيميائية والميكانيكية الدورية لضمان فعالية التعقيم.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة كفني تعقيم معتمد في مركز علاجي ثلاثي معقد سريرياً.
- معرفة بعملية تحسين الأداء والمعايير الدولية.
- درجة بكالوريوس أو مشارك في العلوم الصحية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة في معالجة التعقيم / دبلوم في التعقيم.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة مهنة حسب الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل هيئة التخصصات السعودية / دبي للصحة)، وشهادات BLS و ACLS ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء.

- Receives, sorts, and inspects used surgical instruments and medical equipment for decontamination.
- Manually cleans instruments using appropriate detergents and disinfectants.
- Operates and maintains decontamination equipment such as ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and disinfectors.
- Preparation and Packaging:
- Assembles surgical instrument sets and medical equipment according to established protocols.
- Packages instruments and supplies in preparation for sterilization, ensuring proper wrapping, labeling, and documentation.
- Inspects instruments for damage or wear and report any issues to the line manager.
- Sterilization:
- Operates sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves) according to manufacturer guidelines and Fakeeh Care policies.
- Monitors and documents sterilization cycles, including time, temperature, and pressure parameters.
- Performs routine biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring tests to ensure effective sterilization.
- Storage and Distribution:
- Stores sterilized instruments and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control.
- Distributes sterilized instruments and equipment to operating rooms, clinics, and other departments as required.
- Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Adheres to all infection control and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participates in regular equipment maintenance, calibration and performance checks, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Report any equipment malfunctions/ incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, OSHA, and facility-specific policies.
- Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory management, and quality control measures.
