شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن فني GIS/CAD للانضمام إلى فريقها في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بربط نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) والتصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) لدعم إدارة البيانات المكانية، وإنتاج الخرائط، وسير عمل التصميم الهندسي لمشاريع البنية التحتية والتخطيط العمراني الضخمة في المنطقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تكامل البيانات وتحويلها: إجراء ترجمة وتحويل سلس للبيانات بين صيغ CAD (DWG/DXF) وصيغ GIS (Shapefiles/Geodatabases)، وضمان التوافق المكاني وصحة الإحداثيات والإسناد.
  • إنتاج الخرائط والتصور: إنشاء وتحديث وصيانة خرائط موضوعية ولوحات وعروض عالية الجودة لدعم فرق الهندسة ومديري المشاريع والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
  • صيانة قواعد البيانات: تعبئة وتحديث وإدارة قواعد البيانات المكانية، وإجراء فحوصات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) لضمان دقة الهندسة والإسناد وفقاً لمعايير المشروع والعميل.
  • دعم الرسم الهندسي (CAD): مساعدة فرق الهندسة في رسم وتعديل المخططات ثنائية الأبعاد وخطط المواقع وشبكات المرافق بناءً على الرسومات والبيانات الميدانية والمواصفات التصميمية.
  • التحليل المكاني: إجراء استعلامات تحليلية مكانية أساسية وعمليات النطاق وتراكب البيانات للمساعدة في رسم خرائط القيود وتقييم ملاءمة المواقع.
  • التعاون والدعم: العمل بشكل وثيق مع محللي GIS ومدراء CAD ومهندسي التصميم لحل مشكلات البيانات التقنية وتحسين سير عمل تبادل البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في GIS، أو الجيوماتكس، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو الجغرافيا، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل النشط على منصات GIS وCAD.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المرافق أو التخطيط العمراني واسعة النطاق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام حزمة برامج ESRI، وخاصة ArcGIS Pro وArcGIS Online.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج Autodesk، وتحديداً AutoCAD وCivil 3D.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة الإحداثيات وإسقاطات الخرائط والمسطحات وبنية البيانات المكانية.
  • خبرة في أدوات أتمتة البيانات مثل FME أو برمجة بايثون (ميزة إضافية).
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تنظيم ممتازة، والقدرة على إدارة طلبات رسم خرائط متعددة تحت مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة للتعاون عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Job Description

Parsons Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GIS/CAD Technician to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will bridge the gap between geographic information systems (GIS) and computer-aided design (CAD), supporting the spatial data management, mapping, and engineering design workflows for massive infrastructure and master-planning developments in the region. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, producing high-quality spatial outputs, and ensuring seamless data integration across various project disciplines.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Data Integration & Conversion: Perform seamless translation and conversion of data between CAD formats (DWG/DXF) and GIS formats (Shapefiles/Geodatabases). Ensure spatial alignment, correct coordinate projections, and attribute accuracy.
  • Mapping & Visualization: Create, update, and maintain high-quality thematic maps, layouts, and exhibits to support engineering teams, project managers, and client presentations.
  • Database Maintenance: Populate, update, and manage spatial databases. Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) checks to ensure geometry and attribution adhere strictly to project and client metadata standards.
  • CAD Drafting Support: Assist engineering teams by drafting and modifying detailed 2D layouts, site plans, and utility networks based on sketches, field data, and design specifications.
  • Spatial Analysis: Perform basic spatial analysis queries, buffer operations, and data overlays to assist in constraint mapping and site suitability evaluations.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with GIS Analysts, CAD Managers, and Design Engineers to troubleshoot technical data issues and optimize data-sharing workflows.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in GIS, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a closely related technical field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience actively working with both GIS and CAD platforms.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure, utilities, or urban planning projects is highly desirable.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in ESRI software suites, particularly ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
  • Proficient in Autodesk software, specifically AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of coordinate systems, map projections, datums, and spatial data structures.
  • Experience with data automation tools like FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) or Python scripting is a major plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple mapping requests under tight deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
