Olive Tree Consulting is currently supporting a Jeddah-based client to help them improve their internal management rhythms and organizational habits. We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, fully remote capacity. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who enjoys organizing information and making sure that small details do not get lost in the shuffle.
About the Role
The Implementation Coordinator exists to bridge the gap between advisory recommendations and daily action. In many organizations, good ideas often stall because there is no clear record of who is doing what or when a decision was actually made. Your job is to help our advisors and the client team maintain a consistent pulse by documenting the logic of decisions and tracking ownership.
This is not about managing complex software or building large presentations. Instead, it is about creating a reliable written memory for the project. You will work closely with our consultants to ensure that every meeting results in a clear list of actions and that the client team has a plain, easy to follow schedule for their upcoming work.
What You Will Do - Document meeting outcomes with a focus on clarity and brevity, ensuring that the intent of every decision is captured accurately.
- Maintain the shared project record so that every team member knows the current status of their tasks without needing a meeting.
- Map out simple handoffs between different departments to help clarify who is responsible for the next step in a process.
- Manage the calendar and schedule for recurring management rhythms, ensuring that everyone has the necessary materials in advance.
- Support the advisory team by preparing weekly summaries that highlight what has been finished and what requires attention.
- Check in with client team members to ensure they have the information they need to complete their assigned work.
- Organize project documents and resources so they are easy to find and use by both the consulting team and the client.
What We Are Looking For - A natural inclination for order and a preference for things to be organized and easy to find.
- The ability to write plain, concise English that others can understand on the first read.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment where written communication is the primary way we stay connected.
- A calm approach to managing multiple small tasks at the same time without feeling overwhelmed.
- A high level of honesty about progress, including the ability to speak up when a task is falling behind schedule.
- The ability to listen to a long discussion and summarize the most important points and action items.
Helpful Background - Basic familiarity with shared document platforms or simple project management tools.
- Previous experience in a support role, an internship, or a university club where you managed schedules or notes.
- An interest in how organizations function and why some teams work better than others.
- A background in communications, business, or the humanities that emphasized clear writing and critical thinking.
- Experience working in a remote setting, whether through previous employment or remote learning.
What We Offer
This is a permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote. We believe in a sustainable pace of work and do not expect our team to be available at all hours. You will have the opportunity to learn how management consulting works from the inside and see how practical changes affect a large organization. We provide a supportive environment where you can ask questions and develop your professional skills. The position is paid, and the pay is competitive for the entry level market.
About Olive Tree
Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We typically work on the space between strategy and daily execution. A team can have very capable people and still find that decisions keep reopening, priorities stall, or responsibility remains unclear. These are rarely personality problems: they are structural habits that have not kept up with the company growth.
We favor practical changes over large-scale transformation programs. Our work involves looking at how decisions are made, how meetings are run, and how ownership is recorded. We prefer useful written notes and clear ownership over polished presentations and vague alignment. Good advisory work should make things plainer and leave the team with a rhythm they can continue on their own. The firm is built on the principle that memory is not a management system. We help teams create the smallest possible written record to support their work so that important follow-up does not depend on who was in the room or who has the best memory. The goal is a quieter management pattern that makes the existing work easier to lead.
