شركة القدية للاستثمار تبحث عن مدير مشتريات سكنية متمكن لقيادة مبادرات المشتريات لمشاريع التطوير السكني في الرياض. يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان توافق أنشطة المشتريات مع أهداف المشروع، وتحقيق الكفاءة من حيث التكلفة، والتنفيذ بمعايير جودة عالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات للمشاريع السكنية بما يضمن التوافق مع الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات
- إدارة اختيار الموردين والتفاوض وإدارة العقود لتحقيق أفضل قيمة من حيث التكلفة والجودة والتسليم
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم احتياجات المشتريات والمواصفات
- إجراء تحليل السوق وتقييم الموردين لتحديد فرص القيمة وتخفيف المخاطر
- مراقبة أداء المشتريات وفقاً لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وشروط العقود لضمان الامتثال والتحسين المستمر
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة المشتريات لسياسات الشركة والمعايير الأخلاقية والمتطلبات التنظيمية
- قيادة وتوجيه محترفي المشتريات ضمن وظيفة المشتريات السكنية
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن المشتريات ورفع القضايا أو المخاطر للإدارة العليا عند الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المشتريات، ويفضل في مجال البناء السكني أو التطوير العقاري
- خبرة في إدارة فرق ومشاريع المشتريات
- المعرفة بظروف السوق المحلية والبيئة التنظيمية (ميزة إضافية)
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة في التفاوض مع الموردين وإدارة العقود والمصادر الاستراتيجية
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية

The Manager will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with project stakeholders to meet delivery and budget requirements. You will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of residential projects by securing the right goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for residential projects ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with project teams and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify value opportunities and mitigate risks
- Monitor procurement performance against KPIs and contract terms to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor procurement professionals within the residential procurement function
- Prepare regular procurement reports and escalate issues or risks to senior management as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within residential construction or real estate development
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing procurement teams and projects
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of local market conditions and regulatory environments is advantageous
