Sulzer، شركة هندسية رائدة تلتزم بالابتكار، تبحث عن قائد فريق إدارة المشاريع (PM Team Leader) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتدريب والإشراف على فريق من مهندسي المشاريع ومديري المشاريع.
- وضع استراتيجيات تنفيذ المشاريع وتحديد الأولويات وأهداف الأداء.
- تخصيص الموارد وموازنة أعباء العمل عبر محفظة المشاريع.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتخطيط التطوير وتعاقب الكوادر للمشاريع.
- العمل كمستوى أول للتصعيد في قضايا المشاريع.
- تعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والتعاون والسلامة والتحسين المستمر.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع متعددة في قطاعات EPC والطاقة والبنية التحتية والصناعة.
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتقدم المشاريع والمخاطر واستخدام الموارد.
- إجراء مراجعات أسبوعية للمشاريع ومراجعات شهرية للمحفظة.
- ضمان تحديث خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية وخطط التعافي واستراتيجيات التنفيذ.
- الدفع نحو التحديد الاستباقي للمخاطر وتخفيفها.
- قيادة إدارة الالتزامات التعاقدية والتعرضات التجارية.
- مراجعة مخاطر غرامات التأخير (Liquidated Damages) وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- إدارة أوامر التغيير التعاقدية وطلبات التغيير ومطالبات تمديد الوقت والمفاوضات التجارية.
- دعم أنشطة تجنب النزاعات وحلها.
- ضمان الامتثال التعاقدي مع العملاء والشركاء والموردين.
- المشاركة في المفاوضات التجارية مع العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع إدارات الشؤون القانونية والمالية بشأن الأمور التعاقدية.
- إنشاء عمليات الحوكمة عبر جميع المشاريع.
- ضمان جاهزية المشاريع لمراجعات لجنة التوجيه والإدارة التنفيذية.
- التحقق من لوحات معلومات المشاريع والتوقعات وسجلات المخاطر والتحديثات التجارية وخطط التخفيف قبل العرض.
- عرض أداء المشاريع والمخاطر والفرص والإجراءات التصحيحية على الإدارة العليا.
- ضمان تنفيذ قرارات الإدارة وتتبعها بفعالية.
- قيادة أنشطة الإغلاق الرسمي للمشاريع.
- ضمان إكمال قوائم المتبقي والوثائق النهائية ومتطلبات التسليم.
- الإشراف على تسويات الحسابات النهائية والإغلاق التجاري.
- توثيق الدروس المستفادة وأفضل الممارسات وتطبيقها مؤسسيًا.
- العمل كواجهة عليا بين العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- تنسيق الأنشطة بين الأقسام الهندسية والمشتريات والإنتاج والتخطيط ومراقبة الجودة والسلامة والمالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (شرط أساسي).
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع (يفضل)، وتعتبر ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) ميزة إضافية.
- شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP) إلزامية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع في قطاعات EPC أو الطاقة أو المياه أو البنية التحتية أو الصناعة أو التصنيع أو النفط والغاز.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع وعقود كبيرة بملايين الدولارات.
- خبرة في قيادة وتطوير مهندسي ومديري المشاريع (يفضل).
- معرفة قوية بدورة حياة إدارة المشاريع بما في ذلك التنفيذ والإغلاق والأنشطة التجارية.
- خبرة في عرض أداء المشاريع والمخاطر والتحديثات الاستراتيجية على القيادة التنفيذية ولجان التوجيه.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض واتخاذ القرارات.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Establish project execution strategies, priorities, and performance targets.
- Allocate resources and balance workloads across the project portfolio.
- Conduct performance reviews, development planning, and succession planning for project personnel.
- Serve as the first level of escalation for project-related issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of multiple EPC, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor project KPIs, progress, risks, and resource utilization.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and monthly portfolio reviews.
- Ensure project plans, schedules, recovery plans, and execution strategies remain current and achievable.
- Drive proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Lead the management of contractual obligations and commercial exposures.
- Review and address Liquidated Damages (LDs) risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage contract change orders, variation requests, extension of time (EOT) claims, and commercial negotiations.
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities.
- Ensure contractual compliance with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Participate in commercial negotiations with clients and subcontractors when required.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments regarding contractual matters.
- Establish governance processes across all projects.
- Ensure project readiness for Steering Committee and Executive Management reviews.
- Validate project dashboards, forecasts, risk registers, commercial updates, and mitigation plans before presentation.
- Present project performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to senior management.
- Ensure management decisions are effectively implemented and tracked.
- Lead formal project close-out activities.
- Ensure completion of punch lists, final documentation, and handover requirements.
- Oversee final account settlements and commercial closure.
- Capture and institutionalize lessons learned and best practices.
- Act as the senior interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate activities among Engineering, Procurement, Production, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Finance.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Drive implementation of project management standards and best practices.
- Monitor project KPIs and portfolio metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to improve project performance.
- Support digitalization and PM reporting initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Master's degree in engineering or project management is preferred; MBA is considered an advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within EPC, Energy, Water, Infrastructure, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects and contracts.
- Experience leading and developing Project Engineers and Project Managers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, including project execution, close-out, and commercial settlement activities.
- Experience presenting project performance, risks, and strategic updates to Executive Leadership and Steering Committees.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Ability to effectively manage customers, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
