يسر شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط الإعلان عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس إنشائي أول (Senior Structural Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مرشح يتمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الهندسة الإنشائية، مع سجل حافل في الإشراف الموقعي ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الإنشائية لمشاريع الطرق والجسور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التصميم الإنشائي وتحليل مشاريع البنية التحتية للنقل، بما في ذلك الجسور والأنفاق والجسور العلوية والجدران الاستنادية وغيرها، وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل والمعايير الدولية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • إجراء التقييمات الإنشائية وحسابات الأحمال والتحليلات بالعناصر المحدودة (Finite Element Analyses) لتقييم الأداء والمتانة والمرونة تحت ظروف التحميل المختلفة.
  • توفير الإشراف الفني والتوجيه خلال مرحلة البناء للمشاريع الإنشائية، وإجراء التفتيش الموقعي الدوري لمراقبة تقدم البناء والجودة والامتثال للمواصفات الهندسية والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • تطبيق إجراءات صارمة لضمان الجودة والرقابة لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة البناء بأمان وكفاءة ووفقاً للتصاميم والمعايير المعتمدة.
  • تحديد فرص الهندسة القيمية والابتكار لتحسين التصاميم الإنشائية، وتعزيز منهجيات البناء، وتحقيق توفير في التكاليف دون المساس بالسلامة الإنشائية أو الأداء.
  • التعاون مع فرق المشروع والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لاستكشاف حلول تصميم بديلة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر الإنشائية المرتبطة بأنشطة البناء واختيار المواد والعوامل البيئية، وتنفيذ تدابير استباقية لضمان سلامة ومرونة المنشآت.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة، وتعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالسلامة والمساءلة بين أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات التنظيمية والمجتمعات لفهم احتياجاتهم ومخاوفهم وتوقعاتهم المتعلقة بمشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • تسهيل التواصل والتعاون الفعال بين أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع من خلال تقديم تحديثات منتظمة وتقارير مرحلية وعروض فنية لضمان الشفافية والمواءمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الهندسة الإنشائية مع التركيز على الإشراف الموقعي ضمن قطاع الاستشارات الإنشائية.
  • رخصة هندسية مهنية أو شهادة معادلة (يفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة واسعة وخبرة في التصميم الإنشائي والتحليل والبناء لمشاريع البنية التحتية للنقل (الجسور، الأنفاق، الجسور العلوية، الجدران الاستنادية).
  • إتقان استخدام برامج التحليل الإنشائي مثل SAP2000، ETABS، STAAD.Pro وأدوات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD).
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، مع القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع وجداولها الزمنية.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق.
  • سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية بنجاح مع التركيز على السلامة والجودة والابتكار.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية).

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in site supervision within the construction consultancy sector on roads & highways projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer at WSP, you will lead and oversee the structural design, analysis, and construction supervision of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring the integrity, safety, and performance of built structures.

Responsibilities

Structural Design and Analysis:

  • Lead the structural design and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, retaining walls, and other related structures, in accordance with client requirements, international standards, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct structural assessments, load calculations, and finite element analyses to evaluate structural performance, durability, and resilience under various loading conditions.


Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance:

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance during the construction phase of structural projects, conducting regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with engineering specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance and control measures to ensure that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs and standards.


Value Engineering and Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and innovation to optimize structural designs, enhance construction methodologies, and achieve cost savings without compromising structural integrity or performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to explore alternative design solutions and implement best practices in structural engineering.


Risk Management and Safety Compliance:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate structural risks associated with construction activities, material selection, and environmental factors, implementing proactive measures to ensure the safety and resilience of built structures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability among project stakeholders.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and communities to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to structural engineering projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and technical presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site supervision within the construction consultancy sector.
  • Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in structural design, analysis, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and retaining walls.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets and schedules, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
