تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) عن توفر وظيفة مفتش ميكانيكي (Mechanical Inspector) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مدينة العُلا، السعودية. الشركة هي مكتب استشاري متعدد التخصصات يقدم خدمات معمارية وهندسية وتخطيطية واستشارية متكاملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص والإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية بما في ذلك أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق والصرف الصحي.
  • ضمان توافق التركيبات الميكانيكية مع المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • إجراء عمليات الفحص والاختبار والتشغيل (testing & commissioning) للأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • التحقق من مطابقة المواد والمعدات المسلمة إلى الموقع لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاول وضمان جودة التشغيل.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والكودات الميكانيكية ومعايير السلامة.
  • إعداد تقارير الفحص والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشروع.
  • تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين في المسائل الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الفحص الميكانيكي والإشراف على الإنشاءات.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق وإجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • خبرة في مشاريع الإنشاءات واسعة النطاق.
  • الإلمام بالكودات السعودية ومعايير الصناعة المتعلقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إعداد تقارير الفحص.

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. We provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services, offering a “one-stop solution” to support our clients across the full project lifecycle. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.

We are currently looking for a highly qualified Mechanical Inspector to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
  • Ensure mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
  • Verify materials and equipment delivered to site meet project requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, mechanical codes, and safety standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate project records.
  • Identify non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors on technical matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical inspection and construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and testing & commissioning procedures.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Saudi codes and industry standards related to mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection reporting systems.
