تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس إنشائي (Structural Engineer) في مدينة العُلا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أعمال البناء الإنشائية خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية ورسومات الـ shop drawings وتفاصيل التسليح ومقدمات المواد.
  • مراقبة أعمال الخرسانة والصلب والتركيبات الإنشائية.
  • إجراء الفحوصات الإنشائية لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق المشروع.
  • حل المشكلات الفنية الإنشائية أثناء البناء.
  • مراقبة إجراءات مراقبة الجودة والاختبارات الإنشائية.
  • إعداد تقارير الفحص والتوثيق الفني.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة ومتطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) إلزامية.
  • معرفة قوية بالخرسانة المسلحة والصلب الإنشائي ومعايير التصميم الدولية.
  • خبرة في مراجعة رسومات الـ shop drawings الإنشائية والمقدمات الفنية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج الهندسة الإنشائية.

(HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in AlUla.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise structural construction works throughout all project phases.
  • Review structural drawings, shop drawings, reinforcement details, and material submittals.
  • Monitor concrete, steel, and structural installations.
  • Conduct structural inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Resolve structural technical issues during construction.
  • Monitor quality control procedures and structural testing.
  • Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Previous PMC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and international design standards.
  • Experience reviewing structural shop drawings and technical submissions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and structural engineering software.
