تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO)، وهي إحدى الشركات الاستشارية الهندسية الرائدة متعددة التخصصات في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس كهربائي للانضمام إلى فريقها في العُلا والمشاركة في مشروع إنشائي كبير.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات الكهربائية ومراقبتها خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • مراجعة الرسومات التصميمية الكهربائية ورسومات الورش ومواد التقديم وبيانات الطرق التنفيذية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والكودات الكهربائية والمعايير ومتطلبات الجودة ولوائح السلامة.
  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني ومراقبة التركيبات الكهربائية للتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم المعتمدة.
  • الإشراف على الأعمال المتعلقة بأنظمة الجهد العالي (HV)، والجهد المتوسط (MV)، وشبكات توزيع الطاقة، والأنظمة منخفضة التيار.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
  • مراقبة وفحص أنظمة الإنذار ضد الحريق، وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)، والتحكم في الدخول، والشبكات المحلية (LAN)، والهاتف، والنظام العام، والصوتيات والمرئيات، والتلفزيون (CATV)، ونظام إدارة المباني (BMS)، وغيرها من الأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV).
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني وحل المشكلات الكهربائية الميدانية.
  • ضمان تطبيق إجراءات مراقبة الجودة ومعايير المشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والوثائق الفنية وتقارير التقدم.
  • دعم فرق المشروع في تحقيق الجداول الزمنية وأهداف الجودة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق والإشراف على الأنشطة الميدانية لضمان تسليم المشروع بكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع الإنشاءات والهندسة.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل مع مؤسسات استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) شرط أساسي.
  • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية وشبكات توزيع الطاقة والأنظمة منخفضة التيار.
  • فهم متين للكودات الكهربائية والمعايير ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • خبرة في مراجعة وثائق التصميم ورسومات الورش والمواد التقديمية الفنية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة ميدانية سريعة الوتيرة.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in AlUla and support the delivery of a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities throughout all project phases.
  • Review electrical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor electrical installations to ensure adherence to approved designs.
  • Supervise works related to High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), power distribution systems, and low-current systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and inspect Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, LAN, Telephone, Public Address, Audio Visual, CATV, BMS, and other ELV systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related electrical issues.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and project standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and progress reports.
  • Support project teams in achieving project schedules, quality objectives, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise onsite activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution networks, and low-current systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, quality control, and safety requirements.
  • Experience in reviewing design documentation, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
