تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) - إحدى الشركات الرائدة متعددة التخصصات في المملكة - عن حاجتها إلى مهندس ميكانيكي للانضمام إلى فريقها في محافظة العُلا، للمشاركة في تنفيذ مشروع إنشائي كبير.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة الأعمال الميكانيكية ومراقبتها خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • مراجعة المخططات التصميمية الميكانيكية، والمخططات التفصيلية (Shop Drawings)، ومواد التوريد، وبيانات الأساليب (Method Statements).
  • ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع، والكودات الميكانيكية، والمعايير، ومتطلبات الجودة، ولوائح السلامة.
  • إجراء التفتيش الموقعي ومراقبة التركيبات الميكانيكية لضمان مطابقتها للتصاميم المعتمدة.
  • الإشراف على أعمال أنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC)، والسباكة، وأنظمة الحماية من الحريق، وغيرها من الخدمات الميكانيكية.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان نجاح تنفيذ المشروع.
  • مراقبة وفحص تركيب واختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية المتعلقة بموقع العمل.
  • ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة ومعايير المشروع.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش والوثائق الفنية وتقارير التقدم.
  • دعم فرق المشروع لتحقيق الجداول الزمنية وأهداف الجودة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق والإشراف على الأنشطة الموقعية لضمان تسليم المشروع بكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع البناء والهندسة.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن مؤسسات استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) - شرط أساسي.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC)، والسباكة، والحماية من الحريق، والأنظمة الميكانيكية للمباني.
  • فهم متين للكودات الميكانيكية والمعايير ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • خبرة في مراجعة الوثائق التصميمية والمخططات التفصيلية والمواد الفنية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقعية سريعة الخطى.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in AlUla and support the delivery of a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor mechanical construction activities throughout all project phases.
  • Review mechanical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, mechanical codes, standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor mechanical installations to ensure adherence to approved designs.
  • Supervise works related to HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other mechanical services.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and inspect the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related mechanical issues.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and project standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and progress reports.
  • Support project teams in achieving project schedules, quality objectives, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise onsite activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical building systems.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical codes, standards, quality control, and safety requirements.
  • Experience in reviewing design documentation, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
