Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for supporting and enhancing HR operations across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes. The role involves assisting with employee benefits administration, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and providing guidance to team members on HR-related queries. The Human Resources Specialist will also help manage performance review processes, support personnel management activities, and contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Policies.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices.
• Understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in HR information systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build professional relationships at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in engineering, contracting, or technical services environments is beneficial.
